Outstanding service, friendly staff and awesome maintenance plans. Purchased the car last august. Rear tire damage but was covered under plan. Service to house and dealership was very smooth. All paperwork was sent via phone with electric signatures and check out was easy.

Spent the last year combing dealer and internet car sites looking for a sports car and suv. Due to rising prices and interest rates (and insane lack of inventory) my search became serious and kept coming by to Monmouth Land Rover & Jaguar. After missing 2 cars I was ready to buy site-unseen, I finally made an appointment after work with Jack Breen. I spent an hour with Jack test driving 2 cars; a Velar and Ftype. The Velar was a stunning car and drove like a sports car, interior was pure luxury. 2 days later this car is in my driveway and family loves it. The process from start to finish was smooth, fun and timely - great salesmen are in the service of their customers; Jack exemplified this. I ended up buying 2 cars that day.

The personal were extremely helpful and accommodating. They found the problem confirmed it with me and fixed it. They also fixed the recall issue at no cost. This is my second experience with this dealership and overall it is the best one so far. Also the new location and service building is so easy to get to and maneuver around. Highly recommend.
