Like a lot of people, I’ve always been cautious about car

Like a lot of people, I’ve always been cautious about car dealerships. Too many past visits left me feeling pressured or dismissed. That’s why I was genuinely surprised when my husband bought his 2025 Chevrolet Silverado from Lester Glenn Chevrolet in Toms River, NJ, and the whole process was refreshingly easy. Two weeks later, when it was my turn to shop for a new 2026 Chevrolet Traverse, I was just as impressed with the experience. Our salesperson, Bill Caffey, had already helped my husband, and he treated me with the same attentiveness and respect. He walked me through the features of the Traverse in a way that felt clear and empowering, not overwhelming, before I took it for a test drive. When I decided this was the right SUV for me General Sales Manager, Nick Barille, stepped in to work with Bill on putting together a deal that fit comfortably within my budget: no games, just straight talk. What stood out most was how patient and responsive both Nick and Bill were. They took the time to answer every one of my questions without rushing me, and that alone made me feel valued as a customer. In the finance department, Devin Jensen made sure I received the same great interest rate my husband had, and the paperwork process couldn’t have been smoother. Now, I’m absolutely thrilled driving my new 2026 Traverse. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Bill, Nick, Devin, and Michael at Lester Glenn Chevrolet in Toms River, NJ, for turning what I expected to be a stressful experience into one that was actually enjoyable. Their professionalism, courtesy, and genuine customer care made all the difference.

I’d like to take a moment to share the outstanding experience I had at Lester Glenn Chevrolet in Toms River, NJ while purchasing my new 2025 Silverado 2500 HD Z71 Chrome Sports Edition. With over 30 years in the automotive industry, including a decade working at four different dealerships in the Toms River and Lakewood area, followed by 20 years in the aftermarket sector, I’ve seen just about everything when it comes to buying and selling cars. So, when I say this experience exceeded my expectations, I truly mean it. Now I understand what the “Lester Glenn Experience” is all about. From my first meeting with salesperson Bill Caffey and sales manager Michael Stockhausen, I knew I was presenting them with a challenge: negotiating a truck from another dealer. But after sitting down and showing them the trucks, I was interested in, I felt confident I was in the right place. They made me feel at home and assured me they’d do everything they could to make it happen—and they did. Two weeks later, once a truck was located, I spoke with General Manager Nick Barille. He walked me through all my options and gave me a fantastic deal—not just on the new truck, but on my trade-in as well.
