A Service!!!

Excellent customer service!!

I highly recommend colin sullivan at reed nissan in clermont. Great experience, no pressure and quick turn around, I was out of there within two hours of arriving. Great job

Jay Gonell was great! Purchased a rogue and love it. Will definitely be referring people to Jay! The dealership is very clean and a nice environment as well. Buying process was very painless

good service and atmosphere

enjoyed watching a movie in the theater while waiting. also the snacks and coffee was nice. they also have a little restaurant that serves different food items. worked with jay gonnel and he has great service

Do not buy here.

Issues since June with my purchase of my new 2019 Nissan. My husband has spent weeks trying to resolve this issue for me with numerous phone calls and many broken promises of resolution. At this point we have given up after the final lie and missed appointment. They promise the world to get you to sign the loan and produce smoke and mirrors to make you feel you are getting the best deal but once you do sign they are done with you. Buyer beware of crooked tongues. It's a shame because I have purchased 3 other new Nissans prior to this but not at this location. This has been my worst experience ever buying a car. At this point I will never set foot in this dealer to even service my new car because they lie and cannot be trusted. I am so done. Every time I drive my car I have the reminder of this ordeal. Not how you should feel with a new car purchase.
