great experience

I had a great experience at Reed Nissan and sales department Kyle Graham was very professional, informative, and direct. It was very easy to get approved so all in all I got the car I wanted at a great price and the customer service was great.

DON'T BUY FROM THESE CROOKS

I purchased a car from here gave a deposit signed a contract the whole buying a car routine. A week later they call want more papers from me. I told them forget it come get the car I don't want to do business with you. They report the car stolen. So the police show up to get the car and issue a warrant for my arrest. Now I have a grand theft auto charge on my record and I have to appear in court to prove my innocence in this nightmare. And they kept my deposit on top of it all.

Great Experience

I worked with Kyle on my new Nissan. I couldn't be happier. Any concern I had was taken care of and he was also able to find everything I want in my new vehicle. I appreciate it, I'm sure I'm coming back for my next purchase

They force positive reviews

They provide a horrible customer service and force people to make reviews that are positive about them online and they constantly call you to make sure that you do those reviews because they get incentives but if you put up a review that is even slightly negative they try to take it down or block you or report you because all they want to hear is positivity yet they don’t actually improve they treat their employees like xxxx and force them to wait outside for guests in the hot Florida heat

Excellent Experience

Just purchased a 2018 Rogue from Reed Nissan Clermont with the assistance of Kyle Graham as my salesperson. Kyle was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and was able to get me a great deal. Would definitely recommend Kyle and the entire Reed Nissan Team!

Amazing service

I went to change my oil at Reed Nissan Clermont and had a pleasure to meet Kyle Graham. He took me on a test drive on a 2019 Altima. He definitely convinced me to come back and upgrade my lease once it expires.
