Me and my wife were shopping for a CPO Murano went to 2 different dealerships with bad experience and on our way back home we decide to stop at this dealership in clermont to see if they can help us to get the car from same dealership different locations. By the time I step my foot at the door . Christian Reyes greet us at the door and I told him about the bad experience i had from another location. told him what I was looking for and I know it will take some times for him to get everything together since the car that I was interested is in different locations without even look at the car in person Christian Reyes already sold me the car just by the impression he gave us. The process of buying this CPO Murano exactly a week and Christian communicated with me the whole time and went out of his way to get me the car from different location to make sure the vehicle will be at clermont location before I get there. Me and my wife were very impress with his work ethic. Like I said before Christian already sold me the car before I even get to see it. Happy Buyer !!!

The entire staff of this Nissan location goes above and beyond to give an outstanding customer experience. Robert Perez is an excellent sales guy. Very patient and understanding of the customer’s needs. He’s not pushy while working with you towards your goal of getting your dream car. He helped me with diligence and worked with me way past his working hours. Thank you Robert! Chris and Ismail, the Sales Managers, made the transaction very smooth and pleasant. And of course, Tony from Finance made me feel very confident while signing all the paperwork. He made sure I understood every detail of what I was signing. Getting a new car can be a very long and boring process at any normal dealership but at Reed Nissan of Clermont it’s completely the opposite. Ongoing grease and now water left in car upon pickup. Pricing issues ongoing and overall lack of concern for detail. Consumer beware. Very behind local dealers in the service experience.
