Jesse did a great job locating the make and model I was

Jesse did a great job locating the make and model I was looking for. It only took a couple days to get the Expedition delivered, and then Jeff continued the excellent experience by making the purchase smooth and efficient. I love my 2023 Expedition Platinum!

I do not usually write reviews. I will not go into the nitty gritty details, but feel the need to give a "shout out" to the Ken Pollock Ford team (especially Jeff Ohm and Bill Uren) for their exceptional dedication to customer satisfaction. To me, the measure of a place I want to do business with is not that a single smooth sales or service experience, but how do they respond and handle it when there is an issue or complaint. In my case, there was an issue and the Ken Pollock Team immediately stepped up to address it. They were non-confrontational, listened to the complaint and were reasonable in arriving at a mutual resolution while taking into account that I traveled more than 1 hour away. For that I am thankful and grateful to the Ken Pollock Ford team where I am willing to go on the record with a formal recommendation. Based on this experience, I would certainly travel again to do business with them again!

We traveled about an hour and a half to check out the Toyota Highlander. The car was beautiful. The team at Ken Pollock Ford was very accommodating. Our salesman, Jeff, was very professional and helpful. I would definitely buy from Ken Pollock Ford again.

Thought it was a good dealership until now!

My car broke down on a Thursday and was towed to the Berwick Ken Pollock dealership. Car wasn’t looked at till the end of the day. The needed part wasn’t ordered until the next day, Friday. Service Dept called me Friday to say the part wouldn’t arrive till Monday and I wouldn’t have the car till Tues afternoon. I said I need a loaner car since it will be in your garage for 5 days. Service then replied that I would get a call from Enterprise regarding a rental. Enterprise never notified me till Monday. I asked them when Ken Pollock notified them to call me. Enterprise said they were just notified that day (Monday). By this time I had been without a car for 4 days so I decided it best to just wait till the next day, Tuesday. Tuesday afternoon, Service Dept called me and said I could come and get my car. I asked them, “ With what vehicle”? I then told them to have my vehicle delivered since the dealership did not provide a vehicle for me.Service said Enterprise was supposed to call me. I told her they never called until Monday so I was without a vehicle for 4 days. If I had been given the phone number for Enterprise, I could have called them myself but no info was ever given to me or their location. This vehicle is a Lease!!! Your car!!! The lease is up in October 2023. After this disappointing unprofessional treatment, I will wash my hands of this dealership. You are a valued customer until you need their help and then it’s like “Good Luck , You’re on your own!”
