Service after the sale is so important to us all, and I have never had better. If you bought a used VW or Audi within a 30 mile radius of Rennen, there is a very good chance they performed maintenance/repairs on the car before it was put on your dealer's lot. There is also a very good chance that your dealer will send it to Rennen for service should something go wrong with it. Why use a middle man? Rennen vets every car they put on their lot as a way to avoid those sorts of issues. They are fair, honest and stand behind both their vehicles and their repairs. If you are a VW/Audi fan, there is no better place in Maine to do your business.

We were shopping for a car for our teenage son and happened upon this dealership and we are glad we did. The buying process, car selection, prices, and service are incredible. Jake is probably the best dealer/owner I've ever dealt with for almost any business out there. We'll be returning there when it's time to find a car for our daughter.

For anyone looking for a good used car, Rennen is the place to go! I have bought a lot of cars in my lifetime and Rennen has been by far my best experience! I will never go anywhere else, best used cars around! I Bring my cars here for any needed repairs and I always know the work is done right. I don’t know what I would do without Jake and his team!

I've now purchased two cars from Jake at Rennen Performance! An older Passat wagon that was meticulously maintained, and then I replaced that with a 2010 Jetta, that was in BEAUTIFUL condition. I've had the Jetta for three years now, and its been flawless, aside from what I consider routine maintenance. I have been back to Rennen for all maintenance, and they've taken great care of me ... I have a difficult schedule, and they have always accommodated me. I've sent a few friends there for service, and they have all been pleased. I really cant say enough good things about Jake, he really goes out of the way to take care of his customers!

Would never recommend Rennen performance to anyone. Terrible customer service and the used cars had black paint on the buttons in the car because "they were worn out" and it looked bad.

Just bought a used Audi Q5 from Rennen Performance, and will look to them the next time I need a car. They stand behind the vehicles they sell. Very happy with the service and, in my mind, they have already established that it will be worth the extra 30 minute drive from Portland to Auburn whenever it needs servicing. You won't be disappointed!
