I stumbled upon Wholesale Luxury off Drusilla. I generally hate the whole car buying process. Ryan greeted me on the lot. He told me about the vehicles but did not pressure me. He also told me that if I did not see a truck that I liked that he would try and find me exactly what I wanted. I ended up buying a truck from the lot. After about a week my seatbelt would lock up and I couldn't use it. I expect issues to arise when I buy a used vehicle but since I had just bought the truck, I called Ryan. He told me to bring it in. They looked it over and told me they would call me when they had the part to repair it. Soon after, they repaired the belt and even changed my wiper blades. I had mentioned that I was going to replace the blades and didn't expect them to do that. They didn't charge me. Buying from Ryan was like buying from a friend. It was no pressure, he answered my questions and took care of any problems. If I decide to buy a used vehicle again, I will probably use Ryan.
