Buyer Beware! Dishonest people!

I began financing a vehicle on January 27th. Before I purchased this vehicle there were a few problems that Erika promised would be fixed right away. I went to their mechanic 3 seperate times and they did not fix because he said he couldn't. National auto credit then ignored my calls. This is fact as I had other people call them and they would answer when it wasn't me! After several weeks of this I finally got ahold of them and Erika told me she had been out of the office. At this time I was very concerned as I still did not get the memorandum title. I told her I needed it ASAP and she told me she didn't know where it was!!! I called her again the next day and she said she found it and guaranteed she would bring it to me that day. She didn't and didn't bother to call. I called again the next day and told her I had to have it by 3/2/21 no matter what so I have time to get plates. She guaranteed she would but again she didnt follow through! I reported them to the BBB the next morning 3/3/21 and asked for my money back. They did nothing they said they were going to do. After they got this report they sent someone to fix one of the problems on the vehicle which was the tire pressure light. Well their tire guy found another problem that they don't want to fix. The owner came to my work that night to drop off a title after I already asked for my money back and proceeded to argue with me in the parking lot saying he doesn't have to fix anything on the car and was talking to me like I'm stupid about the problems on the car. He said its buy as is, which I completely understand, however they told me all these minor little problems would be taken care of before this $11,000 purchase. Don't take them for their word! They also told me it's not their problem if I have time to get plates even though they didn't have the title to me within the 30 day time period. Very unprofessional owner I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. He is a liar and very disrespectful.

Do Not Buy From Here

If I could give them no stars I would. I drove from downtown Cleveland to Madison to buy a 2011 Hyundai Sonata. The car smelled like the head gasket was about to blow, the brake were grinding really bad and the wheel was veering to the right when I was going left. They didnt even clean the car before I got there. This car is not safe for anyone to drive. The car would not have made it to Wickliffe. BUYERS BEWARE by the way I had cash no financing!

Needed to repair car I purchased.

I purchased a vehicle in October 2018. 6 months later I am replacing an engine plus many more mechanical issues. They do give you the option to check the car at by your mechanic if you want to. I should have done that. My fault on that.
