Made 3 trips to Fredericksburg to talk to and work with dealer prior to buying the car I wanted. Very friendly and professional staff. Car as presented on Market Place and cargurus, I feel like I was treated very good. I feel I got a fair deal on the car I bought. Will be sure to tell my friends that are looking to go to Xpress Cars in Fredericksburg. Oh and they gave me the Carfax on my car also so there was no chance of me missing something important.

I was buying a car from this dealership.I was in contact everyday .I obtained a loan.had the cash ready. I offered a deposit and obtained a bankcheck made out to the dealer for the car.Made arrangements to get to the dealership.Informed them I was coming on a certain day.I was told everything was fine.I called the day before I was to purchase the car and was told they sold it to someone else.I felt so violated.how can people treat other people this way.This was extremely dishonest.It cost me money for the loan and money for transportation and lost faith in a man to man agreement.Beware of this place

I purchased a 2010 Mini Cooper from Xpress Cars Inc. in September 2010. I was told the paperwork would be sent to me within two weeks. Now...7 weeks later still no paperwork. Now one of the contact numbers is out of service, and other phones appear to not be working. Phenomenally poor show.
