Absolutely the most unethical dealership that I have ever

Absolutely the most unethical dealership that I have ever dealt with. Their "STRESS FREE NO HASSLE NO HAGGLE ONE PRICE" slogan is a total load of xx. They tried to add on close to $6000, that was before the sales taxes on a No Haggle price on a online listed car. Then tried to tell me I was the bad guy for wasting their time for sending pictures of the c ar, which was a totally different car than they had in the original listing. A TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH COMPANY. BUYER BEWARE. And the funny thing is I an an Auto Dealer so I know all the tricks they pull. TRUE DEFINITION OF A USED CAR SALESMAN MENTALITY.

I took my sister to Guaranteed Motor Cars to buy her

I took my sister to Guaranteed Motor Cars to buy her first car, and I regret it deeply. What should have been a happy, exciting experience turned into weeks of stress and frustration. Right after the sale, my sister discovered the windshield was leaking water into the car. This is a serious defect that any honest dealership would have disclosed or caught in their so-called “inspection.” Instead, we were left with a car that could have had long-term water and electrical damage. When I tried to call about it, I was constantly ignored — put on hold or sent straight to voicemail. I was promised calls back that never came. I had to go in person with a formal letter just to get them to acknowledge the problem. That’s not customer service, that’s avoidance. The dealership finally agreed to fix the windshield and address a key issue. But in the end, they only did a sloppy windshield repair (the work looks rushed and unprofessional). Even worse — we discovered the car was sold to us without a proper key at all. The “key” we were given was just a remote with a blank, uncut insert that doesn’t fit the car. After selling the car this way, they had the nerve to try to charge us $700 for a replacement key. To make matters worse, the manager, MJ, never once apologized — not for ignoring my repeated calls, not for the wasted time, and not for failing to honor what was agreed. That kind of attitude says everything about how this dealership treats customers once they’ve got your money. I regret ever bringing my sister here. If you’re considering buying a car, please learn from our experience and avoid Guaranteed Motor Cars. Be cautious about the overly positive reviews — in our experience, the sales team was friendly at first, but once we declined the add-ons and extended plans, the attitude changed. We were grilled repeatedly about why we didn’t want extras, and once they realized they weren’t making a profit off us, the friendliness stopped. If you see glowing reviews, it may just mean the dealership made good money on that deal.

Dealer response

We're sorry that you didn't have a completely satisfying experience. Would it be possible to have someone from our management team reach out to you directly to discuss? We'd love the opportunity to address any issues with our team here. Thank you for your time, and hopefully, we can get to the bottom of this.

Consumer response

This is a very common damage control response. If there was any interest in addressing the issues, someone from your team would've already reached out to try to come to an arrangement. Instead we have given up trying to make contact because we are constantly ignored.

Don't walk away from these guys, Run.

Don't walk away from these guys, Run. It's amazing how they can lie right to your face. Sold me a car with severe hail damage and then said they didn't know about it. Even though they said they do a deep inspection on every vehicle. Even though they bought it through the auction with noted hail damage. Said they'd get their dent professional to fix it and have now been dodging my calls for a week and a half. They leave me no choice but to file a lawsuit and file complaints with the Secretary of State and The Attorney Generals Office for fraud and deceptive practices. These guys give car salesmen a bad name. Do yourself a huge favor and look elsewhere. Oh ya, almost forgot, they're relentless for selling these useless extended warrantees.

This dealership has been incredibly frustrating to deal

This dealership has been incredibly frustrating to deal with. I purchased an Audi A6 over the phone after being told it had "normal wear and tear" for a four-year-old vehicle. After payment, I learned the tailgate wasn’t working, which delayed shipping significantly. To their credit, they did pay for the replacement part and sent it to me. However, when the car arrived, it had damage to both rocker panels. The front and rear bumpers had clearly been repainted and are not OEM, indicating the vehicle was likely in an unreported accident. While there’s no major structural damage, I’ll still be a few thousand dollars into bodywork just to bring it back to the condition it should have been sold in. One wheel had visible curb rash. I was told it had been repaired, but in reality, it was just spray-painted over—and that paint began wearing off within a week. It’s now been almost 60 days, and there’s still no record of tax or title being transferred to my state. I’ve called, texted, and emailed multiple times and have received no response. I also still haven’t received my Bill of Sale or a copy of the warranty paperwork. To make matters worse, I was told the extended warranty I was purchasing was an official Audi OEM warranty. That was a lie. In my opinion, this dealership buys beat-up cars, throws on some lipstick, takes nice pictures, and targets out-of-state internet buyers. Do yourself a favor—if you see a car there you like, make note of the model and move on. You’ll find a similar one at a more reputable dealer without the headache.

DO NOT BUY HERE!

DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! I very recently purchased a used vehicle from guaranteed motors online. A 50k, 2023 expedition. The biggest issue is that the car showed up with over 2,000 more miles than advertised or even listed on the paperwork at signing, which can’t be legal. The car also smells heavily of smoke as well as showed up with 18 miles to E. In addition there was some minor damage not disclosed in the ad. But the biggest issue I obviously THE 2,000 MORE MILES ON IT THAN LISTED. That’s not a someone borrowed it for the weekend drive, That’s flat out fraud. The salesman AJ has stopped responding. Someone names Gus told my wife to go ahead and escalate the situation if we feel we need to and hung up on her. And no manager has responded after days of calling. It’s a shotty, dishonest dealership that doesn’t even care to try and resolve an issue you have. Just ignores it.
