Wow Service Even After 6 Months of Searching

I started “looking” in October of 2020 and Morgan A had been extremely informative, patient and easy to work with. Due to the knowledge of the sales rep based on safety, features, etc. it made it easy for me to purchase the XC90 sooner than I had planned.

Fast and Courteous

The service was very efficient and fast. No extra repairs were recommended. Our car was returned fully serviced, clean and ready when promised. We were able to drive home to Montana in daylight before an impending snow storm.

I am very disappointed with this dealer. I have been...

I am very disappointed with this dealer. I have been working with them on a sale and have since had to cancel due to lack of communication on there side. When trying to reach the sales manager I was told he would call me back and now he’s convieniently gone for the weekend. Save your money and time

Great Volvo Retailer

Retailer was professional and very communicative. They performed my recall quickly and without issue. Facilities were nice and felt modern. Michael was super helpful and made me feel welcome.

Great Experience geting my Volvo XC60!

Mitch at Ken Garff was awesome. He was very upbeat and supportive throughout this process. He had the car that I wanted moved over from the other lot by the time I got there so there would be no wait in that regard. He was patient and informative. He was able to answer any of my questions. It was th 4th of July and he did not rush me and made me feel like I was important. It was really hot out and Mitch made sure that my friend and I always had a water or whatever we needed. He made leasing a Volvo a great experience. The financial end was quick with no issues. Mitch also followed up to see if I had any questions and to make sure I was satisfied. I love my Volvo!! I would highly recommend Mitch and the SLC dealership in general to any of my friends and family. Thank you!

Great experience buying my first Volvo!!

Great people to buy from

I worked with Mitch and he was fantastic. They made everything happen and it was seamless! I bought a used truck from the dealership and they really went above and beyond to ensure everything I needed was met. I wasn't at the dealer long and then I was on my way. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys to anybody looking for a vehicle. Thank you!

New XC40

Thomas is a great salesperson to work with!! From ordering my car back in November to deliver in February, the process was painless. He kept us informed of the delivery date, updated it as necessary, and then the buying process in the office went very smoothly. I LOVE my new Volvo XC40!!!

Volvo XC90

Our sales rep (Mr. Moises Docen) took great care in our sales experience. He explained all we needed to know and during the few days from selection of our new car to the day we picked it up, Mr. Docen made himself available by text or phone every time we had a question. We highly recommend both Ken Garff and Moises Docen.

Very Knowledgeable Sales Staff

This was a very pleasant experience. Thomas Wilden, sales associate for Garff Volvo, was very knowledgable and capable of answering all questions concerning the V60 Cross Country that we purchased. We also looked at Audi Allroad, Mercedes E station wagon. No buying pressure whatsoever from Thomas, but again, very capable of answering all vehicle questions. We ended up coming back to Volvo for a second look. This is my wife's car and she will be scheduling a training with Thomas to go over all details of vehicle. I'm sure that he will do a very complete job and also be available in the future for any other questions we have.
