Right when I bought my car - days after my car was having problems starting it.. Brought it in to get fix they told me everything was good and it was just because it was cold out. Fast forward about a month later and I had to replace my battery completely out of pocket. But 200$ really isn’t the biggest deal. It’s the fact that they waste your time and when you try and get ahold of the dealership you talk to the front desk people who have no idea what they’re talking about and they say someone’s going to call you back later in the day.. it never happens. Probably happened 10-15 times truly. Honestly wore me out to the point where I don’t even bother anymore. Also watch out for “the warranty” that comes with your car. Its does not come with the car it’s an extra 4 grand that they don’t mention. They try to play it like it comes with the car. They just want to make money off you there’s not humanity in this Auto Boutique in Columbus. Communication is terrible. But there prices aren’t bad I will give them that but that’s about it. Never have written a review on anything in my entire life but the way they have treated me here left me no option I hope doesn’t happen to anyone else. Personally will never buy anything with Auto boutique ever again as it a pain in the xxx + time wasting. Be very careful here.
