have to state, up front, I am a bit ashamed to write

have to state, up front, I am a bit ashamed to write this review. My wife is a prosecutor in San Diego and I am a criminal defense attorney. We see the worst that the human race has to offer on a daily basis. I was very uncomfortable purchasing a car online and sight unseen. I was very skeptical every step of the way during the purchase of our 2025 Optiq and did everything in my power to take every precaution, as we assumed the worst was going to occur and took prophylactic steps to protect ourselves and our funds. I could not have been more wrong. Cadillac of Bellevue had the exact configuration of the vehicle we were looking for. The only other Optiq that came close was in Orange County and that Cadillac dealer gave us the run around and lowballed our trade so we started our search which led us to the State of Washington, over a thousand miles away from San Diego. David, our salesman and Ali, the finance manager could not have made the transaction any smoother than they did. They both indulged my insecurities and worked with me to allay my concerns. Most importantly, the deal we negotiated from Cadillac of Bellevue--even with the transport to San Diego County--was demonstrably better than that which we were able to negotiate with our local dealer or the dealer in Orange County. I would recommend this dealership, generally, and David and Ali, specifically, without hesitation. My wife and I applaud them with both hands.

Great dealership to do business with.

Great dealership to do business with. No pressure and everything went smoothly from the first visit to the delivery of the car. Max the sales person did a wonderful job showing the car and explaining the features.

My wife and I shopped for our second electric car (EV)

My wife and I shopped for our second electric car (EV) for several weeks before settling on the Cadillac Lyriq. Brenda Sanchez, our sales consultant, showed us the Lyriq first, then we looked at competitor EV's with similar range, charging speed, price and other features important to us. After test driving all the competition we went back for a second look at the Lyriq. The comfortablity and features of the Cadillac rivalled any EV on the market. All that we needed was a fair offer from the dealer to buy the car, and Brenda Sanchez made that happen. We highly recommend doing business with Brenda for a no pressure and fun sales experience.

We bought a CT5 in 2017.

We bought a CT5 in 2017. We are extremely happy with the car. We have had any and all service done by Bellevue Cadillac. It has always been very timely and to our satisfaction. The employees have always been professional and courteous. We are very happy. We will continue to go back with confidence and a real feeling that we matter. We will go back for our next new car.
