David was fantastic to work with.

David was fantastic to work with. We came in looking at a used Lexus GX 550 and left with an Audi Q7. He was never pushy, just informative. Never demanding, very professional and respectful of our questions. We had never driven an Audi or even considered it. After his thorough review and our test drive, we were sold.

Everyone was very nice and welcoming.

Everyone was very nice and welcoming. My salesperson, Shane , was great. He answered all my questions and helped set the vehicle before I left. Overall it was a great experience.

I cannot say enough good things about Audi of Birmingham.

I cannot say enough good things about Audi of Birmingham. My sales professional, Esau Carter could not have been more helpful, skilled and patient. The entire process was seamless. No one was pushy and I felt catered to every step of the way. I did not spend unnecessary time waiting around. They prepared as much as possible ahead of time. I cannot recommend this dealership again.

Great salesman in Matt Damron.

Great salesman in Matt Damron. This is my second time using him to purchase an Audi. My last one was a Q5. Love them both. He took almost all day with me and explained everything. Was very patient. Audi in Irondale has a beautiful showroom and great selection.

My experience was what the car buying process should be.

My experience was what the car buying process should be. Started with Catherine Atchison getting me to the Audi dealership close to me. She was absolutely great throughout the entire process. Steve Colter was my salesman and he was very knowledgeable and accommodating to the entire time. We had to get the vehicle shipped and there is where the trouble started. They took a week and a half to finally get the car to the dealership. It was an outside carrier so it wasn?t on Audi. Everything Audi related was outstanding! Will definitely be back in the future!!

Matt Damron assisted us immediately upon entry to the building. He was very professional and super helpful.we had a very good demonstration ride and worked diligently with Todd Morris to find and secure the vehicle I wanted.
