My husband and I just purchased our second car from the Auto Store. We highly recommend this dealership. The owner is honest, knowledgeable and he took care of all our concerns, He takes the stress out of buying a car. We plan on buying all our future cars from him.

Serdar and Daniel very polite and professional, wait time would equal Zero wait time. Serdar was very organized and efficient with handling all paperwork, No lie I was in and out within 20 minutes or less, and Serdar fully and thoroughly explained what each individual document was in which required a signature. I just want to say this gentleman fully prepared me so there was no surprises when it was time to make down payment. No pressure to buy any of the vehicles. Truly a great experience. Stay away / much better options out there. My car was a complete waste of money. Spent additional $$$ to fix issues that should have been handled prior to sale. I have worked with other auto dealers since the. And have seen the light

I purchased a truck from these two guys 3 weeks ago. Biggest mistake of my life. The truck is full of rust. It wouldn't pass inspection for safety issues. Tie rods and exhaust manifold leaks. I was told they would replace the broken passenger side mirror. Which they lied and never did. Well out $1400.00 later here we are. Learn from my big mistake and save your time and money. Stay away from these crooks and the Junk Store.

Got a truck early last year so far I’ve put well over 2,000 in repairs. From electric issues down to rust on the wheel wells and just recently had arm and ball joint snap miles away in Maryland.

Customer service must not be a part of this business's core values. Something so simple as some respect would have been greatly appreciated. We test drove a car and the heat didn't work. We simply notified them of this issue and had mention what we thought the issue could be considering I took a retired mechanic with me and the owner was quick to tell us no you're wrong. I then pointed out two chips in the windshield. We asked what the best price would be after repairs and he was quick to state "this is bottom line, no negotiating." This was amusing to me as when we came to look at this car five days earlier, a different salesman had said there was room for negotiation. When I mentioned this to the owner he said, "I don't know what he was talking about." This is when we proceeded to tell them we've never met a used car dealer that you could not negotiate with and he rudely responded, "well my price is firm." Needless to say we left without the car and will encourage others to beware of this dealer.

Stealership don't stand behind the cars they sell stay away. Brought car 2 days later for oil leak ,they claim to fix, went to local Chevy dealership $1500 fix stay away.

I was looking to buy a used car and found West Hartford Auto Store on line. We went and took a look at the car we saw it on( car gurus) I loved the car we didn't get pressured to buy or anything. Best buying experience EVER for me. Highly recommended.
