I was pleased with the speed and service J&S provided to

I was pleased with the speed and service J&S provided to me as I worked with Justin to purchase a vehicle to be delivered to Minnesota. My first connection was met by an AI bot that had me convinced it was a real person. This was positive. The AI bot passed my name along and I got a text from a sales person wondering when we could talk. I gave a few options of times in the next two days and never heard anything back after I texted and called and left voicemails. I ended up just calling the main line which connected me with Justin who was extremely responsive and helpful. Ultimately, Justin hooked me up with a 2022 Challenger, arranged payment and purchase remotely then arranged delivery with a carrier chosen by J&S. One recommendation I would make is that J&S employees use headsets when talking with customers. Whenever I spoke to someone I had difficulty understanding because I was on speaker and there was a lot of background noise/talking. I understand the need for hands free but would recommend headsets to remove the background noise. I rated the delivery low because we did not receive calls from the driver/carrier coordinating a time. We were told the car would arrive Monday but no details of time. We didn't hear anything from the carrier until I asked Justin to reach out to them on our behalf. We were given a time frame at that time. That time frame passed but we finally heard from the driver that he would arrive around 7 PM. At 7:50 PM we called to ask about his arrival and were told he was minutes away. He arrived shortly after 8 PM which made review of the car's quality very difficult since it was completely dark outside. Overall, I would not hesitate to purchase from J&S again and I would recommend them to my friends!

extremely easy to do business with.

extremely easy to do business with. No haggling on the price, they were fair and very efficient with all the paperwork.....not the normal hassle when dealing with buying a car. Oh...and no hidden fees. Overall 5 star

J&S sent me a non-driveable car, paid for diagnosis, but

J&S sent me a non-driveable car, paid for diagnosis, but refused to pay the $1200 to fix the problem. I paid for a PPI at the nearby Princeton Benz dealer, which revealed a faulty passenger seat module, no big deal. J&S told me the car drives great. No issues. They sent it. I drove it. Immediately the vehicle would constantly turn off/reset at speed. Extremely dangerous. I contact J&S, sent them a video of this happening 20 times in 1 minute, they ask me to get it diagnosed, turns out the passenger seat module is so fried it interrupts the car’s CANbus and causes the vehicle electronics to short out and reboot. I passed this along to J&S and they said that it must’ve happened in shipping or once I received it, as it wasn’t a pre-existing condition… I showed them the PPI, listing the faulty seat module. They abruptly told me they would pay for the diagnosis, that was it, and if I didn’t agree to that, they wouldn’t even pay for that. Long story short, I paid for the repair and the car is now safe and totally fine. But this is how J&S does business; once they have your money. It’s on you. Even if it was a problem while they had it. They get 2 stars instead of 1 because the transaction and shipping were easy. But buyer-beware, they want your money… they don’t care if you’re happy, or your car is safe to drive. They’d rather lose a proven buyer forever and burn a bridge over (what for them is) a measly $1000. George plays fair on YouTube, but must not be the baller he portrays on YouTube.
