STAY AWAY!

STAY AWAY!!! Emmitt Walker, owner of Motorvation Atlanta will sell you a vehicle with major safety issues and refuse to do anything about it. The lack of communication & professional by Ieashia, in charge of post sale issues, Is a complete fail. They sold a 2019 Silverado with lug nuts missing on every wheel, left tail light out, camper shell brake light out, loose muffler, interior electrical issues, and a backup camera that is non operational. Even better, after 5 emails & 5 phone calls, including my repair order from a reputable repair center being emailed to them, THEY OFFERED ABSOLUTELY NO ASSISTANCE IN THE EXPENSE OF THE REPAIRS AND REFUSE TO COMMUNICATE! I've purchased over 25 vehicles in my life, Motorvation Atlanta has been the absolute worst ever!!! Don't purchase their issues, stay away!!! Marvin H. Johns Creek, GA

Drove 4 hours to buy a truck.

Drove 4 hours to buy a truck. Truck was scratched to xxxx and looked nothing like the pics I was sent. They robbed me of my $500 deposit. Would not recommend this business

Great experience

Pleasant experience with these professionals and kind people. And let me not leave out funny individuals. Seems they enjoy working with each other and that’s pours onto you and makes the experience enjoyable.. Mr. Nick, Dayjah, and Kash are truly a trip and very helpful and kind. Thanks motorvation for a memorable experience!! Ohhh, and I love my car 😍

FOR YOUR ATTENTION

This is just one of many formats being used for publication I will be sharing in my personal experience with MotorvationAtlanta LLC,. This is in no way to slander, victimize or discredit any of the associates or representatives. Names and circumstances will be withheld for legal purposes regarding this review - and will be used as evidence in court filings if revealed or attacked. This review is part of a current effort, originally filed in 4/27/2023 to refund the deposit for a vehicle returned within 12 hours of purchase and 200 documented miles traveled on the tachometer. My experience with MotorvationAtlanta LLC, started off great with representative Nick ***, who helped with my questions and paperwork of the sale vehicle 2015 Tahoe LTZ Vin: |GNSKCKC8FR256684. The vehicle was purchased ON 4/25, and took deliver on 4/26/2023. After taking delivery on an empty tank of gas, driving home I noticed the vehicle having trouble shifting through the gears. The vehicle would vibrate as if it was going to stall between 2 and 3rd gear while sometimes having a delay in acceleration. Moreover, during highway speeds, the cabin would emit a loud winding / whistling sound that would echo throughout the entire interior. At this point I called both my service mechanic and father (who is also a retired mechanic) and explained to each the scenario. Brought the SUV in for an overview and diagnosis and found that the truck would be needed transmission repair among other things. This then lead to personal issues at my residence, with my family, that I cannot legally speak on per the request of the subject. When MotorvationAtlantaLLC was called on the same evening of purchase, to explain the vehicle was needing to be returned, the only option was to buy it back. After 8 hours of ownership, 200 miles on the dash driven and mechanic/ lemon issues with the vehicle seemed like I was being taken advantage of. On my return on 4/27 10am - sales associate Nick **** was helpful in the return, but told me that my deposit had gone to the Bank and NOT the dealership. It was charged that MotorvationAtlantaLLC had not received the payment of $5000 for the original deposit. But Ally Bank had received it. I called and spoke with Ally Bank representative many times regarding this claim, where it was confirmed that MotorvationAtlantaLLC did indeed have my deposit. (Call record available upon request). On that same day of my return, I then paid another $3k+ to pay the vehicle off. I feel I was taken advantage of especially with a vehicle that was found to need repairs and work, only of 200 miles of driving and 1 day of delivery. I am demanding the refund of my deposit of $5000 from this dealership upon this receipt. Per the Bailment Agreement- it states “upon notice of cancellation the buyer would have 2 days to return the vehicle in the same working order as taken on delivery. The seller will return any sums paid or deposited to the buyer.” (Per contract). Returning the vehicle in such short time and circumstances should have had the sale reversed and or rescinded allowing my deposit to be refunded. This is the 3rd written statement and request that has been made to the dealership to refund the deposit made with no response as of 6/19/2023. I will keep you updated in the responses and what the outcome of this issue will be step by step. I am optimistic that this will be resolved quickly and efficiently and more importantly without any need outside representation to conclude this request.

Best costumer service by far

We can speak for other people, but we had the best service. I waited a year before I put a review we bought a 2015 f 250 and we had some problems but Rahim did everything he could to help us I will buy an other truck now and we definitely will go to him.

Do not buy from here!!!

This place is terrible! Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership! I had my truck for 2 days before the whole front grille fell off in the middle of the highway almost causing an accident. Come to find out it was tied one with wire that held long enough for me to drive off the lot with it. Another month goes by and I still haven’t received my tag that was included in my purchase . When contacting them about it, Motovation said go to the DMV and buy one. Rahim and Eric are cons and so is everyone else at Motovation. Wish I would of shopped around. Please do not go here!!!

2013 Tahoe 4x4

From the time I made the phone call and signed the document for the 2013 Tahoe Rahim form motorvation was kind courteous and understanding of my needs. I am so glad that I found this dealership with an honest salesperson. Rahim was EXCELLENT. The thing I liked most about Rahim told me everything he knew that was wrong with the 2013 Tahoe.
