I purchased a vehicle from this dealer on Dec 19, 2020 and was not told at the time of purchase that they did not have the title. The manager took all of my money, had me sign a few papers and stuffed everything into an envelope. I believed I was being rushed out of the office because it was past closing and they wanted to leave, not that they sold me a vehicle that did not have a title. I went to a PA notary to register my car and the notary had to call the dealer asking about the title. She was told they were waiting on the bank to send it and I should have it within a week. Here it is Jan 11, 2021 and I still don't have the title and they are not answering my emails. Next step, contacting an attorney. I purchased this vehicle for $4500 and had brakes installed $840, new tranny $3900. They get me my title or pay me for the car plus the work I have had done on it. Update: Heard back from Minerva Auto finally and they were very sarcastic and unapologetic. I serious advise people to stay away from this dealer. They are not honest and have no integrity.

Spoke to Jeff in regards to a vehicle listed on Craigslist. To my disbelief he would not allow the vehicle to be viewed up on a rack, nor could I take it to my mechanic and have him look at it on a rack. What's to hide on a vehicle listed as "rock solid"?

I went to the Kohman Motors not knowing what I wanted. I spoke with Matt Lautzenheiser salesmen there. He immediately introduced himself and pointed us in the right direction of what we where looking for. We where then introduced to the parts of the sales team. Jim and Jeff where very swift getting us thru the painless process of signing papers and getting us financed. I would definitely recommend there team to anyone looking for a nicely used vehicle. I had my truck towed in , upon receiving it I was notified right away ! Upon discovering what was wrong with it I was notified and told parts were ordered and when they were due to come in . Was discussed what parts were being used for the repairs ford parts or after market parts . I was notified when it was done! I am very pleased with there service !
