This dealership is sub par by a lot! Slow, poor communications and they do not make me feel confident they have my best interest at heart. I need to find an alternative for service of my QX80. I am giving this dealership another chance because Joy Loder reached out to apologize and she seemed sincere. Hopefully my next service appointment will be better. I will definitely follow up after that time.

I driving 50 minutes from San Antonio to this location for all my vehicle repairs or oil change, wont go anywhere else. Highly recommend for those who was A++ service. The service writer was very helpful making sure the dealership secured the correct part for the repair.

They handled a mfg recall quickly and efficiently. Staff was very professional and cooperative. I was disappointed that they recommended other services totaling about $1000 although we had only purchased the car at the dealership four months earlier. I wonder if the car needed those services when they sold it to us.

Great speed and communication. Stopped in with appointment for an oil changed. Was quoted $225 which is wild work because I have a 4 cylinder. I get that’s how service makes money tho all to well. I had a coupon they sent me luckily so it was only $89 + tax. Will keep going as long as they keep sending coupons lol
