Not happy.

Not happy. Took Armada in because lift gate would open randomly on its own. They charged me $180 for diagnostics. Turns out it was corrosion in a couple of connectors. So instead of just cleaning them. They tell me they can get one in 4 days and the other one is unavailable but they can hard wire it and that will be $500. Flabbergasted I left. Ridicules, they can’t clean a connector for $180 dollars.

Codie was very nice to deal with.

Codie was very nice to deal with. Everyone there was very friendly. They helped me get into the truck I wanted. I told them what payment I was looking for and they worked the numbers and got me there. Definitely would purchase from them again.

Very outstanding service department.

Very outstanding service department. I really like the videos of my car with the technician describing problem areas and even items that are ok. The service managers keep you informed via text messages as to when vehicle will be ready. I really enjoy relaxing with a cup of coffee in their waiting area which is very clean. All personnel I have ever been in contact with at their service department have been friendly and polite.
