Moses Nissan of St. Albans

Not happy. Took Armada in because lift gate would open randomly on its own. They charged me $180 for diagnostics. Turns out it was corrosion in a couple of connectors. So instead of just cleaning them. They tell me they can get one in 4 days and the other one is unavailable but they can hard wire it and that will be $500. Flabbergasted I left. Ridicules, they can’t clean a connector for $180 dollars.

Very outstanding service department. I really like the videos of my car with the technician describing problem areas and even items that are ok. The service managers keep you informed via text messages as to when vehicle will be ready. I really enjoy relaxing with a cup of coffee in their waiting area which is very clean. All personnel I have ever been in contact with at their service department have been friendly and polite.

They are very professional in my opinion. They have a nice waiting room with seating and television They are knowledgeable in their profession.

The Service Department is great and very knowledgeable always great fast service. Always friendly and keeps you update along the way on your visit.
