Above average. Squeezed me in for an oil change and tire rotation that was due. Fully expecting them to schedule it one day next week.

Brought in videos and pictures and still nothing, needed to duplicate but it’s random and would have to keep vehicle for days…. Stated was gonna open a tech line case and send me case number but failed to do that also…. Will be a come back that’s for sure…

Everyone was polite and friendly. I had brought my car in for a recall, and they were able to get it fixed. They made sure I had a ride back. And I was very pleased with how amazing everyone was!

I took my car to Moses Nissan of xx. Albans, WV for an oil change. I was so impressed with their service team! Nathan was an excellent advisor. He met with me in person, sent text updates and also sent a video of my car being inspected. I was informed about my battery, brakes, tires, etc. and the fluids were topped off. This inspection was free. I have never seen a dealership service department offer a video like this. It does a lot to build trust with customers, which I feel is very important when choosing where to go. The cost of the oil change was very reasonable. I received follow up texts checking to see if I was satisfied. Their newly remodeled waiting area was very nice and comfortable . I highly recommend Moses Nissan of xx. Albans, WV.

I had my 2023 Rogue serviced for a leaking water pump. Very easy to schedule and staff was very nice. Had to order the part so it took a couple days. Good communication from service department. On the way home heard a sounds and the plastic cover that protects the bottom was hanging down. It was getting chewed up by the road. I had to crawl underneath and zip tie it up temporarily. I called the service department and the guy said sorry. I called again and left a message with the person I dealt with initially and never got a call back. Great service until the end and didn't complete the job.

Kimberlee was great to work with. Great communication when my car was being worked on. Moses Nissan made sure I had a rental to drive. They were very accommodating. Service personnel is top tier. Thanks guys.
