Great place great experience good people got me in a car i wanted and got me driving off happy Great overal Dealership they are amazing

I want to take a minute and advise everyone that purchase a car with this dealership to check the value of the car before you purchase the car. I purchased two car with salesman Leroy Walthower, a 2019 and 2018 Forte Kia. I had no problem with those cars. I returned and purchases a 2020 Altima Nissan. This was the worst deal I ever made in my life. I wanted to get a SUV and could not do so unless I paid 8000.00 deposit on the SUV because the Nissan was so over priced. I would not have been able to afford the monthly payment. I know we all want to make money, but I really fault my sale person, Leroy Walthower. Out of his loyalty to me, he should not had selected that car as his recommendation for me to purchase. I advise, please check the value on the vehicle before you buy. It may take some time, but please do so. I was very disappointed because I supported him by purchasing 2 car from him. I would have expected better service from him.

We bought a 2020 Ford Expedition. Jimmy was our sale guy, he and the staff were amazing! We all know when buying a car it’s a process, I had my two children with me and the staff were giving them coloring books, crayons, talking to them etc. They were all so caring and sweet. They went above and beyond making sure the car buying process was smooth, quick and no miscommunications.

We highly recommend Wesley Thomas and the team at Auto Direct in Zebulon NC for purchase of used vehicles. Their inventory is the highest quality, and they are straight-forward to deal with. Wesley was helpful without pressure, and very knowledgeable about their inventory. We normally hate car buying but Wesley and his team were very pleasant.
