I contacted Scranton Chevy because they had more competitive pricing on new Silverados then other Chevy dealerships in CT, RI or MA. Josh from Sales responded within 24 hours of my initial contact, and was extremely responsive as we worked through pricing, trade-in offer, and potential upgrades on the new truck. The day of purchase was smooth. James from Finance was diligent and jumped through hoops to adjust the structure of the GM loan to help me get the most for my dollar. Overall excellent experience. Got the truck I wanted at bottom dollar with top dollar service.

10/10 would recommend anyone to come here to purchase a car, made my purchase in and out real easy. Finance actually looks to get you into a low apr.

Salesman Josh was awesome and very knowledgeable. I didn't think I would be purchasing a car on day one, but he had me sold on the car the minute I saw it. A great value at a fair price. It was my first time buying a car, and the only thing I wasn't so happy with was feeling rushed out the door when I had questions about the different things I was signing on close with the finance manager. They were very busy and COVID obviously effected their processes, but other first time buyers could certainly feel pressured. Otherwise, the experience was awesome and I am confident I drove off the lot with a great car that will last for years.
