Great Experience

Great buying experience at Scranton Chevy. All the staff from the Sales and Business departments were very nice and never felt any pressure to buy.

Best experience at Scranton Chevrolet of Norwich!

We have purchased vehicles many times over the years in MA and CT. Because we love Chevy's, those dealerships were the most frequent. But the friendliness, expertise and absolute desire to please of Kamila Pelliccia was beyond anything we've experienced so far. Kamila was incredibly thorough in explaining the new car, but even in the depth with which she reviewed our trade it. She also continues to answer questions we come up with. We also met with James Mitchell to review finances. He reviewed the paperwork clearly and completely and made offers that were very attractive. Lastly, we Matt Scranton, who graciously thanked and congratulated us. I totally love our new Malibu Premier and cannot imagine having a better experience that we did at Scranton Chevrolet of Norwich. JB Thank you!

Best car buying experience ever!

By far the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. Starting with sales, financing, service and parts departments, I give an A++ rating. Kamila is a wonderful person, very professional, unbelievably knowledgable about the vehicles, in’s and out’s of buying vs leasing, etc. Owned by a great family who make it a priority to treat the customer with respect and make you feel right at home. Keep up the great work. I will never shop elsewhere, PERIOD.

Friendly no pressure

We purchased the work truck with "appearance" package, extended warrantee and gap insurance. We were trying to keep to a reasonable payment for 6 years. We got a no frills truck and have to pay $30/mo more for an additional 2 years. That's just nuts especially since we had very good >750 credit ratings and put down $7K. We could have walked away but chose not to. That's on us.

Purchasing a 2019 Malibu Premier

I was looking for a specific model: Lumina Premier I found the car I was interested in through some online browsing and shared a text message with the website customer service to make sure the car was in stock. We live 40 miles away, so this was important to use. We set an appointment and drove down to see the car. It was ready and waiting and the Scranton representative: Kamila Pelliccia was totally prepared to answer all our questions and accompany us on a test ride. Working through the myriad of the paperwork was quite seamless and Kamilla kept us informed on each document's meaning. I'd definitely recommend Scranton Chevrolet to family and friends.

They were great! The service Dept were nice.

They got done before the time that it was suppose to be ready.Tammy was nice.Got waited on right away.Didn't wait long at all to pick car up.

Terrible Servic

Awful Service really Brings to Truth that Dealerships are a Bunch if Snake oil Salesman. Car was Brought to dealership for oil change and tire rotation. Picked car up had Previously marked the tires It was Documented in Recipe that rotation was Done. Called 5 separate times to rectify the situation. Once I got in contact with some one was told to bring the car back and they would do the tire rotation. Which then forced me to drive an extra 45 miles and get a ride because of there mistake. After the rotation was supposedly completed the 2nd time went out side to get the car and Again was LIED TO the tires were again Not Rotated. As Again I had the tires marked. They then rotated the tires on the spot as I watched to make sure it was done. Was told to Bring the car back and they would detail it for me as a form of repayment for the inconvenience. I did bring it in and what ever was done was far from detailed as the rims were Never Cleaned car was never waxed or the inside wasn’t Shampooed or even whipped done as I still had my kids Footprints on the back of the seats. At this Point I would Pay any friends or Family to never Go to that Slimy excuse of a shop. I have already tried to reach out to Chevy and contacted the Better Buisness Burrow.

Excellent service very helpful and very accommodating

Had an emission issue which we thought was taken care of but it came back, and they got me right in and took care of it... very happy with the service I received

Perfect

The entire process was perfect...From arrival to look through driving off the lot....I was treated like I was the dealerships very first customer. Everything was clean and no pressure......my desires in a new truck, financing and trade were all very respected and fully met!!! Next vehicle will be bought at Scranton Chevrolet.
