Enjoyed the waiting area, the donuts, seating and could wander through show room. Met one of sales staff who was friendly.

Disappointed in Service

Absolutely the worst experience trying to get my vehicle repaired. Car been in the shop for 5 days and still has not been up on a rack to look underneath... even though service manager lied & said it had been up yesterday. Communication is sub par? Have not received one phone call about my vehicle? I?ve made all the calls to the service area . No loaners for repeat customers like myself.... been doing business with Jim Glover for many years....that ends when I get my vehicle out of the shop.

Service writer

Ron was the service writer and was totally customer service oriented. Considered going to Route 66 until I met Ron. Previous writer was too much interested in what could work out best for him. Thanks Ron for taking such good care of my car.

Great Service

Friendly Salesman & Fast Paperwork

My husband and I came to Jim Glover in hopes of getting a new car. Our Salesman Bryan was great about showing us all of the features of our new Cruze and making sure we knew how to use all of the controls before we left the lot. He also went the extra mile and included a full tank of gas and helped us pair our phones to the car. He was great about making sure we got the pricing we were looking for and ultimately walking out with the car I had my heart set on. If you’re looking for a good place to go, Jim Glover on the river is the best choice!
