We were stuck in a car we hated double upside-down and thought that there was no hope. But after hearing about our situation, Mark Henslick the general sales manager took it upon himself to personally reach out and contact me, he listened to the whole story of our troubles and worries about being aggravated and stuck in our current vehicle. Then he worked with us to find exactly what we wanted, tracked it down, got it shipped from who knows where, and got us into a vehicle we love. Ryan Cochran our Sales Consultant took great care of us during the paperwork and easy credit check process. He answered any questions we had, and was very friendly and helpful. Sammie Tillie the finance manager made the signing of paperwork a breeze. We were done in no time with her electronic signature desktop. It really streamlines the signature process. Last but not least, Shawn Case the New Car ASM was there to shake our hands, give us the keys and his business card with instructions to call him anytime we need with questions or concerns. Thank you to the whole team that works behind the scenes also. Our new car was freshly washed, vacumed and polished, oil changed, tires shined, full tank of gas, the whole nine yards! We will definitely choose to be a Jim Glover customer again the next time we need another great vehicle with the best customer service around.
