Joe Wilson I recently took my car in for service, and, as always, I was highly impressed with Zarinea. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming and attentive, ensuring that I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. She took the time to explain how long Service B would take, and we said we would wait. She answered all my questions with patience and clarity. The service was completed ahead of time, and my car is still running like new! I highly recommend this dealership’s service department and am grateful for Zarinea’s work. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I had the same experience I have come to expect from

I had the same experience I have come to expect from Orange Park Mercedes: courteous, professional, with full attention to my vehicle. My service advisor also went the extra mile to help solve a glove box problem unrelated to the reason for my scheduled appointment. I left the dealership feeling very satisfied with the overall service!
