Bought a used car from them. Worked fine at the dealership, but next day wouldn't start. They were willing to try to fix it, but they made me pay for all towing expenses (including towing back and forth to St. Louis to have a dealer look at it, as well as the cost to have dealer inspect), they were very slow (it would be weeks between one discussion and when they worked on it again) and ultimately they never could get it running correctly. After patiently working with them for nearly 8 months they told me I was on my own and they couldn't make the car run. Took it to another mechanic and one-week and $1000 later I had a working car. Very disappointed with their service and willingness to stand behind their cars. If only Missouri had a lemon law!!

I bought a used car from them not even a week and a half ago and the day I bought my car, the check engine light came on. The day after, my car was leaking transmission fluid, oil, and power steering fluid. I called the dealership to see if they were going to handle these issues and could never get a call back. Whenever I did, the owner was very disrespectful and rude to both my mother and myself. Would not recommend buying from them.

I fond a S10 pick up i realy liked.did some running came back with the money for it.pulled up and thay sayed O sorry we sold it.when thay sayed thay would hold it.

I drove 2 hours to get there and it was so disappointed. Don’t go there, if you don’t believe me, go there and see it for yourself, just remember DO NOT buy cars from there. Unprofessional and rude, and a lot of cars are piece of crap

This place is a joke. Type in Quality Preowned on google/ facebook and you will get all the info you need buyer beware they're terrible

everyone was great no hassle at all. they whole process probably only took me an hour I didn't finance but I also knew what I wanted and I got it and couldn't be happier
