They did a great job on my GMC Terrain. But they should have put air in all the tires. But that?s ok, I can do it

I had a very good experience at Moses Chevrolet in St. Albans with Joe Trammel. I got a great deal on a new car, and Joe was a knowledgeable, friendly salesman who worked hard to make sure I was able to get what I needed. He also gave me advice for my unique situation that led to my selling my old car!

Friendly, didn't make us feel rushed. Worked with our bank for the financial part. No run around like we have experienced with other car purchases.

Car was not available to view.

Car was not available to view. It was supposedly across the street in for maintenance. The salesman said he could take me over to see it, but when we went over we couldn’t find or see it. He called someone on the phone and I could hear the other person saying, “I told you it was locked up and you wouldn’t be able to see it. Why did you go over there.”. He wasted both of our times and I went elsewhere to buy a car.

Joe is the best! Excellent customer service.

Joe kept updating me on vehicles I was interested in until we got the perfect one, make, model, features, color and price! Can?t ask for more than that. Thanks Joe!
