They lost a customer on this deal
We purchased our 2nd new car within 14 months and it is our last from them. The 2nd sale was completely messed up. I had my son go in to look at a new car for our company. I personally spoke with the salesman and financing on the phone specifically instructing them that I wanted to see the sales contract before the sale since I am the CFO for the company. The car was to be titled in the company only with no add on's. From what I am told from my son they were extremely aggressive for this sale nothing like our first experience. The difference as I see it was that I was there for the first sale and I am not easily pushed around. They got my son to sign the contract without my approval. When I finally got the contract they had titled the car with my son as the co-buyer and had added a $3,000.00 Mechanical Breakdown Service Contract. I contacted the sales manager in an attempt to get this worked out and was told that my son signed the contract. We can cancel the $3,000.00 Mechanical Breakdown Service Contract but will have to pay for the time in place and a $150.00 cancellation fee. I am extremely dissatisfied with Boomer Kia.

Scammers at is Finest
They screwed my credit score and then when I supposedly got an email from the Owner/GM Aaron Leger, it was actually from James Wade. They never told me nor did I give them authorization to run my credit with 9 different places. I would authorize at least one and if you can't get someone to approve me, then your obligation as a respectful company was to come back to me and let me know what happened and do I give them authorization to run it again. Then when you wanted me to give you $3000 I said no I didn't have that and I could possible do $1500 and then again I was in my mind saying why the xxxx should I have to give you $1500 down. I have never had to pay $1500 down for a car and the car I had was in good standing for the almost 2 years(up o Dec 31, 2019) and I had another car with that lot prior for a year with good standings. I have never been late nor was a reason that you should ever in god creation run someone's credit like that. It did dawn on me when the manager came over all quick and was like hey don't go to another car lot to get a car you'll have to come back here. I didn't realize you ran my stuff so much until I went home and I get notifications from Credit Karma and 9 different hits had hit my account. Then when I try to get it straighten out with an explanation. I have been hearing nothing but crickets. They have been giving me the run around and I am tired of this. If I was to go to another car lot of get a loan, I would be turned down because you screwed me and now will not answer calls or emails. I shouldn't have to drive to your establishment to get this resolved because if you were such a good company like you say, then you would fix this issue and make it right. You would instead rather me go viral and post on every place I can and I am so trying to not get a lawyer involved. Your company was not as honest as you make it seem and then you mess people's credit up and will go on with your lives like you just didn't make me go through hoops to get it resolved. I should of stayed with my car lot because at least they are honest and did matter in fact asked me could they run it for this second company and they did and I got approved. I am not sure what the deal it because my credit score has went up tremendously since I went through the car store for my first car. You guys left a bad taste in my mouth and I am not going to stop until I get justice for your scamming ways that you did on the sly. Who tells someone not to go to no one else and come back there, but knowingly knew you didn't have authorization what so ever to run my credit with 9 different places. I have attached proof to show you and even in the 2 emails I sent were not answered. SCAMMERS AT IT FINEST BOOMER KIA IS HERE TO WRECK YOUR SCORE. BUYERS BEWARE OF HOW MUCH THEY HIT YOUR CREDIT WITH FINANCE PLACES TO GET YOU TO STAY WITH THEM AND GET A CAR BECAUSE NO OTHER PLACE WILL ACCEPT THAT MANY HITS.

I had a great and very helpful experience in buying my car. And recently returned for my first service. It was the greatest service person and least amount of time I have ever had and I have many years in doing so. I highly recommend Boomer Kia all around.

Words can't express enough!
Boomer kia went above and beyond to make sure, the used vehicle I purchased was properly working, and a good vehicle. They will NOT sell you junk! I especially appreciate CALEB in the service department who dealt with my extremely anxious wife's numerous calls to check on her Jeep that I purchased for her through Boomer Kia. They took good care of it and even fixed things that I never would've expected.. they didn't have to do any of that but they did it because they truly care about each customer. That's definitely the way they've made me feel. We were recommended to Boomer Kia, by my mother in law who purchased a brand new car from them. WE will definitely be back to Boomer Kia when we decide to purchase another vehicle. New or used they sell quality vehicles and see you as more than just a paycheck. They will check on you after the sale and treat you like family. If you are checking them out and thinking about paying them a visit do NOT hesitate go see them ASAP and see for yourself you won't regret it! THANKS BOOMER KIA!!!!! You've made my wife a very happy wife, so now I can expect a happy life! :D

Nice staff, just wasn't able to find what I was looking for in terms of what my trade in was worth. I'm sure I am just like everyone else and think my trade in is worth more than it actually is!

Boomer Kia: The Way Cars Should Be Sold
Everything about this dealership erases all the horrific car buying experiences of my past 40 years. No tiger pouncing when you enter the lot. Finding a salesman that would have knowledge about the car I was looking for was taken care of by Conner Brau, in the service department. What a great first impression! Skylar Hoss went above and beyond my expectations and my interaction with him was outstanding! Patient, honest and accomodating; he single handedly redeemed the term "car salesman" from being duplicitous to being a fair and conscientious professional. While other dealerships were promising the moon and offering shady options, Skylar never promised anything that he couldnt corroborate with facts. Their were no pressure tactics, all the rebates available wre mentioned up front. My trade-in was $2000 higher than the other dealership offered. Skylar was patient and self-possessed while I determined which options I wanted and went out of his way to find a vehichle that met those requirements. Eric Smith explained the technoogy with precision and brevity, two qualities that I admire greatly.l I drove the car off the lot and Skylar was even willing to deliver paperwork on two separate occasions to my husband to accomodate our busy schedules. My vehicle is amazing from the mpg to the tech package but Boomer Kia is the way all car dealerships should be run in the future. Everyone there is doing something that should have been the standard in the industry from the beginning!

Look Around First
I left with exactly what I wanted, to say the least. Look around before purchasing. That was my mistake. They do play games when you want your trade in back. That?s the reason for my three star customer service score. But, I did leave happy in the end. Speak with James. He is top notch! I only wouldn?t recommend this dealer because of the inability to find the keys to my trade in whenever I wanted my car back.
