Write a review30 years in business? But sketchy tactics
I looked at cars from this dealership and have seen a lot of similar complaints. They say about how the cars online says 0 miles and the only thing that they respond with is “I respond every morning” which is deflecting the issue. It comes across as sketchy when you don’t post the mileage, that’s a sign of bad faith. People from 2019 till now are all saying the same thing about the mileage. So take the 2 seconds and post the mileage so you’re not wasting peoples time. That’s why you have the railings you have. 30 years in the business and you haven’t learned from those simple mistakes?

Hi Sam, Nothing sketchy, we've been in business at this location for over 30 years. We are a full service shop as well as a used car dealer. We have many repeat and happy customers. I looked thru my emails and didn't see an email inquiry from you? We respond back to all inquiries first thing in the morning and thru out the day. Our vehicles sell very fast and we receive new inventory weekly. If you have a question please email us or call. Thanks for your feed back. There has been no response to my inquiry on the vehicle I'm interested in, how can they expect to sell a vehicle if there not willing to respond to an inquiry.

False Advertising
Listings are deceiving. When attempting to search for vehicles under certain mileage, this dealers vehicles show up under every search because they falsely advertise that all vehicles have "0" miles.

Hi Bill, We have been in business for way over 30 years and have sold thousands of vehicles to many happy customers. We post "ask for miles" because that's how we advertise. We have many of the same vehicles with different mileage and new ones arriving weekly. So when a customers emails us for mileage we can share with them the other ones they might have missed or the one that's arriving with the mileage they're looking for. Obviously all used vehicles have mileage. All you had to do was ask and I'd respond. I'm not sure why you posted this or why so quick to give a business a negative review? I do respond to all emails first thing in the morning (truthfully) and then throughout the day. You can always give us a call too. Thanks for your feedback. Great customer service!
I messaged them about a car I was interested in, found through cars.com. They got back to me reasonably quick apologizing because that car had been sold. They then offered me several other car options in my price range and followed up with additional messages.. that, to me, is good customer service. Most of the other dealers I dealt with didn't seem to care at all.

The company didn't think that I was important enough to get back in touch with me. So, I guess they didn't want to sell the vehicle or had sold it already.
