This is an honest business. My son bought a Jeep here and it turned out to have a bad engine. These guys replaced the motor within a couple of days. Wow! I am so impressed with this business. Will recommend every Chance I get!

Ater dealing with three previous dealerships with ni regard for our wishes...we finally found a great dealership through Cleveland Auto Mall. ..we found and purchased the truck my girlfriend has been obsessing over! A dark blue Chevy Silverado. .In great shape and awesome condition..Our overall experience was one of a kind and the employers made us feel very comfortable and we're generous in helping us..very kind and I was very impressed with their way to hussle too!!! Great experience and would recommend them to anyone...thanks for the warm welcome and also listening to our concerns ..they were a wonderful pleasure .!

Was shopping for a truck not a fan of dealership that don't put the Price's on the vehicle

Big place with lots of trucks. They fixed a problem we found with our F150 we purchased quickly and at no cost to us. They also told us about common problems we should look out for in the future. Super nice people! Felt like they were transparent through the whole process. My husband and I were able to finance our truck there at a lower interest rate than our credit union offered. Would defiantly recommend!!!!

I contacted them on line about two cars, and never heard from them

This dealer doesn't have policy of providing the free Carfax report. That made us give up the idea of going up to look the car, since we are far away. Again, you would not get answer by sending the email. You would have to call.

Bought a good used car at a reasonable price. Quick and easy transaction. Staff was very pleasant.

Looked at a car at a nearby lot. Thought we would just swing by after seeing a vehicle on cars.com. Walked in on a Saturday at 3:30. They showed us just what we were looking for, and no pressure to buy. Actually had more cars in stock that we were looking for. Walked out 1.5 hrs after walking in with keys in hand. Salespeople were very friendly. Service team washed the car again before we left. They Stayed over to help us on a beautiful 70 degree February day. We appreciated them being there and will look here again when looking for another car.
