They are nice and professional- no complaints on the service. They have plenty of openings so you can get seen quickly. My only complaint, and it might be my misunderstanding, is that I was charged for an oil change my car needed when the hyundai dealership I got my car from said they wouldn't have charged me and it should have been free since I bought a brand new vehicle under all the warranties. I might be misunderstanding the complimentary service warranty and they are in the right but it feels wrong when all other new hyundai owners I know haven't paid for an oil change and my dealership of purchase said it should have been free. At first the reason was because they could not find my name and vehicle's warranty. Then when I called a week later it was because my car hadn't been driven 8,000 miles yet. I don't know how you could ask me to wait 4,000 more miles for an oil change when my vehicle says it needed it now. Also, it does take a million years to reach their service department. The shortest wait time for a phone call was around 16 minutes and the longest was 25 minutes.

I had a crack on my window without any impacts.
I had a crack on my window without any impacts. Marco checked with me the previous day told me they will check during service. I double checked before the appointment. They find a way to add/find one to tell me the warranty won't work for that. We have 2 vehicles leased for our company with Seattle Hyundai. The sales rep we had when we leased the vehicle was awesome.

CUSTOMER UNFRIENDLY, UNETHICAL BUSINESS - I went to
CUSTOMER UNFRIENDLY, UNETHICAL BUSINESS - I went to Seattle Hyundai on Aurora Avenue today for a standard oil change, which came to $122.82. When it was time to pay, I was told there would be a 3.5% fee to use a credit card. I opted to pay in cash to avoid the surcharge, but was told they couldn’t accept cash unless it was exact — because they “don’t have cash” to provide change. I gave them $123, expecting my $0.18 in change, but they refused to return it. When I took $1 back instead (effectively underpaying by $0.82), they said that wasn’t acceptable. So, they were fine keeping my extra money, but not okay with being underpaid by a few cents. In the end, my only option was to pay with a credit card and absorb the fee — which felt unethical, customer-unfriendly, and potentially unlawful. Businesses are required to give change when accepting cash. Forcing customers into these choices is just bad practice. I asked to speak to a manager — none was onsite. I then asked for the business owner’s phone number and was told he doesn’t have one. They offered only an email address. The lack of accountability and professionalism is extremely concerning. This is not about the money. It’s about business ethics and customer respect. For me, their reputation and my trust were destroyed — over $0.18. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone. This is also posted on google reviews

The staff is always caring about the customer, setting up
The staff is always caring about the customer, setting up the appointment was smooth and quick. We asked to rotate our tires and they said they did it last time so too soon and they don't want to charge us. Ana was excellent in her approach, quick and attentive.
