I have been going to Napoli KIA for quite a while. Honestly, you will not find a better team of service advisors anywhere else.. everyone provides and outstanding services from beginning to end. Most of the time, my service advisor is Berit Ostensen . She provides an outstanding service, she is friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable and treat you with kindness and respect. The service department and the team of advisors are just awesome. All of them are wonderful people, so you will not be disappointed by choosing them to take care of your car.

Oil change took 2 hours and only came for an oil change and did more with the car than I asked for
