Daquane was great. He was very pleasant and responsive to our needs. We were glad that there was a second waiting area because the main area is cold and the strong fragrance was too strong for us. The music that came on while we were waiting was good music but much too loud initially. The work on the car was finished on time and we were happy to have the car washed. We have always been happy with the service Napoli has provided.

Poor-1 : I was told by Ashley to give a call to speak with Rubin regarding the first car payment. I have also spoke with Dave last night to call back in today at 10am. Ashley told me to reach out to see if anything can be worked out due to us not having the car very long regarding the first payment of $312. I have also called capital one bank and they told me to reach out to you guys as well. And I'm not very successful with that.

Oil change was done without major delay. Daquane was very friendly and helpful. Explained that my oil change was free of charge and there is one more oil change left and that KiA will honor it even if it's a little later than end of August. Overall positive experience.

Bought a car two months ago, had issues, called you guys, nobody got back to me for three days, had to have the car towed to my mechanic and spent $900 to have it repaired I went three weeks without air-conditioning before you guys fixed it.
