My entire process of getting a new car was sketchy. I said what I was looking for and I got something completely different. Not even the same make of car I asked for. The paper that's supposed to be on the window was taken off so I couldn't read it, I was told things were done to the car and it was safety inspected but it obviously wasn't. Their favorite response is " it's cosmetic", when I asked About buying another warranty through them, they didn't even acknowledge the question and every time I called the dealership to talk to Mike in finance he would dodge my calls, or the receptionist transfers me to a phone no one answers. The. When I had no choice but to show up in person, everyone looked scared/nervous to see me. I have no trust in this dealership.

I feel completely mislead. Awful customer service r experience never again no way. Mislead and deceived by my salesperson. I cannot u defeats d how someone lies so much .......

The diagnosis of my car was quickly done and I received a video showing what was done. The video was very clear and informative.

My car was taken in 5 minutes before the appointment. Oil change and 2 recalls were completed a half hour sooner than told. All in all, a great experience! Dequan was attentive and professional!
