The staff is fantastic, especially the service advisors! The experience would be better if the technician paid a little more attention to detail. The last 2 times I've been they forgot to put the battery cover back on, my new tires was put on and there was glue left all over the rim, and I went for my seatbelt recall, and a part was missed and I had to come back for another appointment the next morning. This is easy stuff to fix to bring the experience from a 4 to a 5!
