I was greeted by a friendly associate. She kept me updated and brought me out to my car. She was professional and efficient and very pleasant.

They did a great job. We got there a few minutes early and we left earlier than expected.

I was told car would be fixed on Wednesday. Come the following Monday it was still not repaired and the woman told me they wouldn’t be able to get to it that day, delaying when I would get my car back for a very simple fix by almost a week. I left a bad review online and shortly after I got a text message from someone named Stella saying she would talk to the managers and come back to me with a resolution. It has been two weeks and she hasn’t come back with a resolution. This is actually worse than just sweeping it under the rug from the get-go, but either way I wouldn’t use your service again. It’s especially a shame because i’ve bought two cars from you in the past 12 months and was planning to buy a third when my son gets his license, but now I’m going to buy it from another dealership. I will say the dealer we worked with, Trevor, is a really good guy but I won’t spend money on a business who’s Customer Service is so poorly managed.

Narenzo at Kia Napoli was an absolute pleasure to work with! He kept me constantly up to date on inventory availability and delivery dates, did an amazing job explaining all the bells and whistles on my new vehicle and made the buying process painless and easy. Would definitely recommend!
