Dave was absolutely amazing in my new car process! He was helpful, attentive, and there every step of the way! He was honest and not pushy at all. I think I texted him over 50 times and he always wrote back so promptly. He made sure I stayed within my budget and I am so happy that I found him and he made my car shopping experience what it was!!!

I was having an issue with my tire monitor system and I explained it to Courtney. She helped me with my service appointment and warranty. Excellent experience with Courtney and Napoli.

To this point the dealership has been wonderful. The finance person that I dealt with was incredibly thorough. Very professional but pleasant to work with the dealership. Did not try to convince me to add things to my purchase. And the service department I'm going to hold back on at the moment. Everything up until I got home seems to be okay but I did find a small dent in the hatch and I'm not sure where that came from

I scheduled an appointment for a factory recall last Thursday. Half an hour into the appointment on Monday all work stopped because a VIN-specific part had to be ordered. Had to come back on Wednesday to get the recall done. You had all necessary information from the beginning including the VIN. Get your act together before scheduling appointments.

I was asked by the salesman what I was looking for in a vehicle. I told him I wanted something better on gas, a large panoramic sunroof and luxury options like heated seats and steering wheel. He showed me my options and I selected a vehicle that had everything I wanted. My salesman told me I had 60 days to go through the vehicle and figure it everything was OK and if there was anything wrong to come back and they will fix it. I text him back a few days later and told him my ac and heated steering wheel were not working properly. He referred me to service. They took my vehicle, diagnosed the problem, never called when the parts arrived. I had to keep call them. They repaired my ac but said they will not fix my heated steering wheel because its not a safety issue. So basically I was sold a car based on my needs, the car was advertised to have all the features wanted, and now they won't repair it. Im very disappointed and feel like I was scammed. I would've either picked a different vehicle or gone elsewhere if I would have known this is how Napoli does business.
