I was informed that installing part would take 1.5 hrs it took 3.5 hrs and booked cab also didn't come.had to wait for long

I made a 3:00 apt for an oil change. It took around 2hours. This is not too long, but I would really love it if it didn't take quite so long .

Dave was absolutely amazing in my new car process! He was helpful, attentive, and there every step of the way! He was honest and not pushy at all. I think I texted him over 50 times and he always wrote back so promptly. He made sure I stayed within my budget and I am so happy that I found him and he made my car shopping experience what it was!!!
