Very Dissapointed

I paid them to register my new leased CX5. The second one I leased from them btw. They are unable or unwilling to do it and not only did they tell me to do it myself, but they won't refund the registration fees I already paid them, but they refuse to answer my calls. I can call service, parts, sales, and I always get pushed over to voicemail. This behavior is unprofessional and I would not recommend this dealership. Buyer beware. Salesman Jonathan and his coward of a sales manager Keith are horrible.

Buyer Beware!

From the minute I walk in I felt it was not a good place and I betrayed my instincts. They took advantage of the fact that I was ignorant to the whole financing process and while I came in to lower my monthly payments, I came out owing more on a car I hate cause I wasnt even given the opportunity to test drive. When I was about to back down, I had 2 people literally talking at the same time and pressuring me to agree. Called after the deal to explain my situation and they said there is nothing they can do. Lesson learned and I hope they are ok with playing with people's lives and families just to get you to buy from them. Will never recommend them to anyone but do recommend to educate yourself to have the ability to know when you are being played.

Tremendous experience

Really great sales team, Mo was a hard working young sales guy and was supported by a team of experienced sales guys. Charlie was very helpful on phone and just a tremendous experience. I bought a SUV from the team and I would recommend these people to all. Thank you

The staff at Vallley Stream Mazda took care of everything with excellence during the purchase of my 2014 Mustang GT. This was an online purchase. They told me the car was a one of a kind and it was. This was an excellent customer service experience

Worst dealership

Never go to Mazada of Valley Stream

I would never recommend the Mazada Valley Stream dealership. I wanted to purchase a vehicle. The salesperson could not answer all my questions he kept running into the office to ask the Manager (I believe her name is Melissa) for an answer. When I asked to speak to the manager directly she was not pleasant, very condescending and rude. I spent 2 hours trying to find the right car, but got fed up by the poor customer service. I ended up leasing my vehicle from another Mazada dealership. If you're looking to get a car, I urge you to find another dealership. Mazada of Valley Stream is a fairly new dealership and their staff need serious customer service training!
