Finance supervisor and employees are rude! They harass you about there lemon that you have to keep putting money into! And they expect you to keep paying on a car that they know was a lemon before they sold it to you! They DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AT ALL! Or what financial situations that they might be in! Patty, Kevin and the finance supervisor suck! They need to be shut down! If enough people complain about there lemon cars it can be done! I dealt with them since 2019 the first car a put in almost 3,000 dollars in mechanical work I should have learned my lesson from the first time! But nooooooo I give them another go because I needed a car for work! Same thing with mechanical issues! Mind you I hadn’t had the car for 2 weeks the transmission went out, they don’t accommodate you when they did fix it you had to get to work the best way you could! Yea no I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM TO A DOG!

Customer service was great. If you having trouble getting a vehicle they have on site financing and get usually help when other can't. They had over 60 vehicles in the lot and very friendly staff!

The dealership in East Dundee sucks the owner sells lemon cars this 2010 Chrysler 200 is a death trap. The engine light keeps coming on! I had to buy out of pocket struts back and front a battery it stopped on me and the owner doesn’t care at all but they want those payments and don’t care if your struggling or not! I wouldn’t recommend them to a dog!

So many regrets and yet financing a car from this place would be my biggest regret. They make the buying process so easy until you’re off the lot. I started having so many problems with the car I bought not even a month after getting it, the maintenance guy knew me by name. If the car breaks down they’ll keep it for days, or in my case, weeks with no real ET on when it’ll be done.. mine was being “fixed” for almost 3 weeks, in that time I lost my job because I couldn’t make it in (oh yeah they don’t offer rentals under ANY circumstances) I was contacted many times by financing trying to get me to make a payment even though I explained my situation and had to offer them proof that I was in fact let go from my job. After being talked to very rude time and time again I gave up on the xxxx thing. They’re friendly when you give them their money though…

Always great help and a positive experience going to this location. They will work with you and find the best deal for your needs. They make sure to service anything wrong with the vehicle and give you the best of the best.

Overall experience was fire, everyone was nice and made me feel welcome. Don’t feel like anybody used a fake customer service voice either it was all genuine, great vibes.

east process all i needed was a paycheck stub and license. They truly go off your income and not your credit. Sara from sales was super nice
