Anyone else having to wait 8 plus months for a license plate to replace temporary paper plate that expired in June 2020? Just wondering how we get the license plate when we were told it would be sent fed ex - nope never happened. So I’m still driving around in January 2021 with a temporary paper license plate that expired in June 2020 and my texts aren’t getting addressed or my phone calls. I know for a fact I gave them over $7000.00 for the vehicle and I still have no plate can they still be blaming Covid 19 for this? now they ignore all my communications to get a metal licenses plate...

My daughter and I found a car from their online inventory, and was encouraged to come to their location when I inquired about it's availability. I HATE CAR SHOPPING. HATE it. So when we arrived, I was ready to fend off cheesy sales people with a "we're just looking" response. Candor Motors was small, but had many cars in our price range, and I wasn't bombarded by pushy salespeople. It is family owned and they were super friendly and had the best customer service. I didn't feel rushed to buy, didn't feel hassled or hustled. They were honest about the car history and how they acquire their vehicles. My daughter and I test drove a Toyota Rav4, asked for a good price and left. I don't remember the name of the nice lady that we talked to at the dealership, but she called me on our way home from the dealership to give us a bottom line drive out price of the vehicle we liked. My husband, daughter and I came back at 5pm that day and we left with a new car before 6pm. The entire process was painless and easy. The next time we are searching for a car, we are calling Benny Matthew at Candor Motors first. It literally was the best car shopping experience I've ever had. And NO I don't work for this dealership or receive compensation from them in any way. Just a McKinney parent looking for a good local deal on a reliable car for my new teenaged driver.

It's been nearly ten years since I've had to car shop and I wasn't looking forward to the experience of hunting for a car and then sifting through unscrupulous dealers, sales pitches, etc. I am grateful to have met and purchased from Candor Motors. From start to finish it was a painless, stress less and actually joyful experience. The car was true to the advertising (pictures and condition) and Benny was a pleasure to work with as were all staff. I am presently waiting to purchase a car for my daughter as well and feel confident of a good, problem free second purchase. I asked the LORD Jesus to guide me (being a single woman who knows nothing about car buying) and I'm so thankful the LORD led me here. Thank you so much Benny!

Title: Bought 2011 Kia Soul from them; great experience! Shopped around for a Kia Soul for a couple weeks, found a promising 2011 Kia Soul at Candor Motors. Contacted the seller, free Carfax report was provided which checked out clean. The car was as exactly described when we came to check it out and they openly answered our questions. I expected to have to play hardball when negotiating a price, but Benny -- who is also the dealership owner -- gave us a good deal and we were sold on the value of the car and the honesty of his pitch. We ended up buying it and loving the experience. The staff were polite, patient, and charming -- buying a car can be a hassle, but they were a joy to work with! They made the buying process a breeze, and they went above-and-beyond to explore payment options with us that would allow us to use our credit card for points. Even though we ultimately couldn't make that work and had to work out an alternative, we definitely appreciated their helpfulness. Candor Motor Sales is a fitting name for an honest dealership with great staff, highly recommend!
