I was a bit scared going in with all the negative reviews

I was a bit scared going in with all the negative reviews on here, but honestly it was the easiest car-buying experience I've ever had. I HATE the process of buying a car, but Anthony made it slick with no hassle or pressure.

They Cleared a check engine code before we purchased the

They Cleared a check engine code before we purchased the $25,000 car not even 30 miles on it the code came on they want us to pay for a diag. Would not recommend going to them shady dealership.

Dealer has no communication tried for 2 weeks to buy car

Dealer has no communication tried for 2 weeks to buy car finally got someone to call and he was rude told him I was gonna come down on Sat for car (221 mi away) and asked for vin next day to get ins and nothing waited another day called only to find out car was being sold at 3 that day even though I had been trying to make a deal since the 4th finally got a hold of the GM Marc and he was rude and pushy stating that the motor was blown on the car did I want it for 1500 which I doubt they were more interested in a quick sell even though I had contacted them earlier if this is the service when buying can you imagine how it would be after you bought from them terrible customer service and a terrible general manager buyer beware when dealing with them

Jake was an awesome salesman.

Jake was an awesome salesman. Knowledgeable, professional and personal. Finance manager, Dave was more of the same. We went from test drive to out the door with keys in less 90 minutes. Couldn’t have been a better experience

Jake and the rest of the staff were excellent.

Jake and the rest of the staff were excellent. My wife said that it was the best experience at a dealership. In and out was not over an hour.

Terrible used cars.

Terrible used cars. Terrible customer service. I, my family, and everyone I talk to have been warned about this business. They won't even make right the mess they sold me. This is how veterans are treated????

Sales manager Marc told us if we put deposit down on a

Sales manager Marc told us if we put deposit down on a crv that was being ordered and if we didn't like it once it came in we would get our deposit refunded. Well today we saw the crv and didn't like it and it wasn't what we ordered. We requested that we get our deposit refunded. And Marc called us a liar and said he was not going to refund our deposit and told us we needed to leave his dealership.

Never ever will do business with them again.

Never ever will do business with them again. Terrible used vehicles. Turn their back on you. No service after the sale. Drove off the lot with 2 warranties and still had to pay out of pocket. Less than 2 hours after buying, I couldn't drive it. Terrible manager.

If I could leave 0 starts I definitely would.

If I could leave 0 starts I definitely would. I bought a new honda accord and it has 60000 miles on it... fuel injectors are bad.. I owe 36,000.00 on this car.. they told me they can't get thr part it's on backorder with no ETA. While also telling me I have until 1 pm the next day to come and Pay 248.00 and pick up my car.... umm wow. They do not treat their customers well at all.
