I made an inquiring about a vehicle listed on this site. The sales person was so rude and uninterested in selling me the car. I asked for a video of the car running and the condition of the car. He never replied to my request, so I messaged again, with still no reply. It's to bad, because I was really interested in that car. But reading other 1-star reviews... I guess I am glad not to have done business with them. It would have been a remote purchase and I would have arranged the shipping.

WARNING....BUYER BEWARE! Don't make the mistake of NOT taking whatever car you are thinking of buying from this Cars N Toys dealer to an actual Licensed Dealership to check it out thoroughly. I bought a Maserati still under Factory Warranty thinking I would be covered only to find out that the Brake Pads, Rotors and Oil/ Fluids needed to be replaced at a $3500.00 SURPRISE!   When I sent this Invoice (attached here) from the Maserati dealer to Eli the owner of the dealership he chose to ignore my email and not respond other than giving me the name of a place I could go and get it done at my own expense a little cheaper. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I traded the car in 2 weeks later on a New Range Rover where they treated me with respect and no worries for 4 years/ 50k miles. My advice would be to exhaust all Dealerships with "Pre-owned Certified" cars that have a warranty and the Dealer stands behind the condition of the car at the time of purchase before ever trusting one from an independent seller!

This is a good dealer with a really good attention and really good prices, I recommended it , because it was a really really good decision

I bought my 2014 jaguar xj from them. I live in Birmingham AL and Eli made sure I felt comfortable and answered any question that came up along the way. Even after I received the car he continues to make sure I'm happy. I do not recommend people buy cars on line because of sight unseen scams.. that's not the case with Eli at carz n toyz , I truly felt like he was family making sure I got the best deal possible.

I've never seen a deal like the one I was offered. He pulled a miracle with me. Less than 8% with no credit and he went out of his way to make sure he lowered the payments a couple of days after I had already signed the deal. His customer service is superb ! And second to none. Because of the way he treated me with this deal he's already sold 4 cars in one week from my closest friends because they saw he was the real deal. I will definitely put my repudiation behind this business any day due to how my life has changed based on his hard work and trust me when I tell you ... PEOPLE LIKE MR ELLI IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO MEET. MAY GOD BLESS YOU MY BROTHER AND THANK YOU FOR GETTING ME THE BMW OF MY LIFE.
