In April of this year, our transmission needed to repaired after an oil change was done incorrectly by one of those quick oil change companies. Initially the company did not want to pay for the damages. Ryan Waller of Subaru Pueblo Colorado helped us not only get our one car household back on track but helped in supporting us get the repairs needed and get the company to acknowledge their wrongdoing and compensate for the damages. Without Ryan, we would have had a lot more heartache and financial struggle. Ryan has strong integrity and character and because of him, we highly recommend Subaru in Pueblo Colorado to our family and friends and we will only be buying and getting serviced from this dealership because of Ryan. He is a blessing of an employee and an individual to make sure our family is safe on the roads.

Had the pleasure of working with Subaru of Pueblo and their amazing sales staff. Manuel Garcia was my sales persona and he went above and beyond to accommodate us when we ran into a snafu with my new 2024 Subaru Forrester. I purchased the car assuming it had blind spot monitoring. Drove it home 100 miles only to realize my mistake. I notified the dealership and Manuel was very understanding. I took the car back the very next day and they made it right by allowing me to move up to the trim level that had those and several other safety features for my wife. The absolute worst place to take a subaru for service. Waisted our whole day. Marcos Garcia was the worst person I have ever dealt with.
