Was a terrible experience from the start.

Was a terrible experience from the start. Talked to several people online to get setup to come in and look at a Infiniti Q50. Got to the dealership and no car, it was at one of their sister dealerships, which no one had told me while I was talking to them. So I requested the car be brought down so I could look at it and they refused until we could agree on the price. I should’ve known to walk away then, I proceeded to go over the price which they were wanting to do something different than what they told me over the over the phone. Once I sat down and wrote it all down and explained it to him how to do math. They finally agreed and brought the car down, which took over 2 hours. Finally got the car there which it looks good. Agreed to purchase but it took an additional four or five hours to actually get to the finance guy to sign all the paperwork. So in all the whole experience took over eight hours on something that should’ve been a couple at the most And to top it all off within a month the motor blew up, broke a wrist pin on the piston, and they refused to help me do anything about it except give me a quote for $12,000 to replace it. Since I didn’t buy the extended warranty from them, They couldn’t do anything about it. So now I’ve got a car I can’t drive that I’m making payments on and keeping insurance on sitting in my yard till I can figure out how to get it fixed. So overall, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any car lot! Wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to shop there. Too bad you can’t put zero stars. This is the kind of dealership to give car salesmen a bad name.

Jordan was very professional and knowledgeable and he made the entire process a pleasurable and memorable experience. He stayed right with us while we were waiting for finance and made sure we were comfortable and took care of our needs.

Excellent dealership

These guys are great and make buying a car about as efficient as possible. I drove over 700 miles, and there were no problems. Great experience.
