Renee Scarvelli is absolutely the best! She found me the perfect car and made the entire experience feel truly luxurious. Her communication was exceptional, and she made me feel so special every step of the way. Josh made the paperwork effortless, and Jake was fantastic walking me through all the features. Mr. Hector Perez, Mercedes Benz of Bonita Springs FL,

Mr. Hector Perez, Mercedes Benz of Bonita Springs FL, provided Service Advisor guidance for my 2024 AMG SL63 in Oct. 2025. Working with the talented service technicians at this dealership, Hector implemented a software update to remove the Check Engine icon false notification. However, upon a test drive, they observed other mechanical issues and resolved them over a 3-day period. Hector then recommended the 2026 Maybach GL600 working with Steve DiMuzio of the Sales Team, which I will order next month for 1Q-2026 delivery.

Service personnel are all great.

Service personnel are all great. The coffee bar and items offered need to be upgraded. It is skimpy. Not fresh and mot to many options.
