Truck for our grandson found at Youngs
Our grandson had been shopping for a pickup and finally found what he was looking for at Young Auto in burley. Then he was sent out to fight wildfires. Youngs held the truck for almost a month and a half until he could make it back. Thomas made sure that happened. Great shopping experience

Not recommended....poor after sales commitment
If I could give this dealership a zero, I would. Needed oil change and recall done on my pickup which would take 2 hours. Asked them if I could use a vehicle to go to John Deere and Standard Plumbing which is about 1/4 mile away and they told me that I would have to rent a car...really...I had to cancel my appoint and I steaming mad. They said the general manger was on vacation and could not be reached.

Timeliness FAIL
Young Dodge dealership cost me 60 dollars in interest because it took them 45 days to process the payment to our lender. We had to make an additional payment during that time so we weren’t charged a late fee or sent to collections. And the interest in the payment was not and will not be reimbursed. I was given the run around for 2 weeks. Each person pawning it off to the next. I called and texted everyday. The gas tank was empty. The windshield wiper motor is broke, had some nasty gelatin material in the line. The passenger door sensor is off and the door won’t shut on it’s own the first time... takes several attempts. All around a terrible experience! Very disappointed.

They said they had the issue of my air conditioner figured out the first time I took it in. The second time they told me there was nothing wrong with it again. The third time they finally actually scanned it and found a leak, but it took going in another two times for it to be fixed

Best buying experience ever!!!!
I just bought a Jeep Cherokee from the Burley Idaho Young Automotive and it was the best experience I have had!! I went through their Salesman Chick Cameron and I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for their new/used vehicle. He is very excellent at his job. When I would ask him questions he was very prompt to respond. He really listened to me in what kind of vehicle I was needing and wanting and helped me get into the vehicle that best suited me for my needs and price!! We picked out our Cherokee on Monday which happened to be in Utah, Tuesday Chick already had it to his lot in Burley, he drove it and doubled checked through it to make sure it was perfect for me. Then to top it off since I live 3 hours away, he had it delivered to me by noon on Wednesday at no extra cost to me. He goes above and beyond for his clients and shows them they are not just clients but friends and family. I absolutely love my Jeep Cherokee!!! One of the best SUV’s I have owned!!

Selling vehicles they can’t deliver on!
Emailed for an appointment to see a vehicle. Found out the vehicle wasn’t there and was still at the Utah dealership of there’s. Thought no big deal and bought it cause I knew what I was getting. Went though the loan process and did all the paperwork. They told me it would be here Saturday morning and they would call when it arrived. Waited until 3pm and called and got it will be there Monday instead. Frustrated I said ok. Called Monday 4pm and was told the vehicle I purchased had been modified with add ons and they wanted to sell me a new more expensive one. Needless to say I’m getting jacked around. This is horrible business all around! They’re going to keep their vehicle and I’ll go elsewhere!
