Applied for financing on a Thursday, Friday arranged to see car that Saturday after 1. Friday I contacted lot about financing with no response, Saturday at 10 am asked if financing had been checked, again no response. 12 pm Saturday messaged I was on my way, lot responded. I drove an hour, literally 4 minutes before arriving lot asks for 2k more down in car. Told them I didn’t have 2k more, they responded with “ I don't think that will get it done, Thanks for the opportunity, we appreciate it! “ Arrived at lot any way since we were so close, car wasn’t even there! Told it was a “hectic morning”, no one was on the lot, didn’t pass anyone on the way in either. Went to the restroom and found the dealer was just sitting inside watching Let’s Make A Deal. Wasted hours of my day, horrid experience.

4Runner is exactly what I wanted!
Honestly, I saw all the bad reviews and was a little Leary about going to the dealership at all but they had they exact 4Runner I was looking for so I took a chance and went in. I have to say I had a really good experience overall no one expects the world from an independent used car dealership however all things considered I had a really pleasant experience and got the exact car I wanted. Sales process was fairly smooth with very little pressure, financing was great (finance guy was actually funny and make me relax during a stressful process) and my new 4Runner (new to me) is still running perfect after months of having it. No issues with the vehicle and still happy

Flawless Purchasing Experience
Would I purchase from Mudarri again? Absolutely. Nick and Max were attentive & fair. Nick answered any questions I had any time I asked, both before and after the sale. I feel really fortunate to have stumbled upon Mudarri and will definitely reach out to them again in the future.

These guys lie about fees and warranties and claim they cover bumper to bumper but they do not. They also sell vehicles that have bad carfax reports and salvaged titles. Most of their cars have check engine lights on and they all have major issues however they will sell you a lemon and they won't honor their service contracts! You will regret working with this place!

Bad business with no integrity
I was looking to buy a car from this dealer last year. They said they would not hold the car for me with a refundable deposit (no problem I understand why a dealer wouldn’t want to do this). I even offered to leave a $2000+ NON REFUNDABLE deposit and in response Nick suggested I just purchase the car before I come look at it in order to “hold” ot for me. Lol. The entire staff that I spoke to over the phone were incredibly disrespectful & unprofessional. Please read the other 1 stars, I can assure you they are not lying. I had booked my flight from California to Washington with the promise that they would keep me updated on if the vehicle would be sold or not prior to me arriving. On the way to the airport I called the dealer and they told me the car sold. No biggie but huge waste of time after they told me the car would be held for me if I booked my flight for the next day. Anyways, don’t give these people your money, that’s clearly all they’re in it for.

Great Experience and Happy with my Tesla
I was in the market for a Tesla and because of the cost of Gas skyrocketing lately these things aren't easy to get. I was trying to buy Private party because usually you can find a decent deal but lately everyone seems to think their car is some rare exotic art piece and you'll never find another like it... it's a Tesla, not something unique. It's not worth 5k over book value. So I started looking at Dealers near and found Mudarri. They had a ton of Teslas and they were actually more fair on price than buying private. Got me the loan and out the door same day. Nick was my sales guy and he was awesome...funny guy and he knows his stuff. I'm not sure why the bad reviews but in my experience, people tend to demand huge unreasonable discounts and they get all upset when you can't give the car away, so maybe that's it. I thought they were really fair on price and I prefer buying from a small family business vs. a large franchise anyway. I've owned the Tesla Model S for a few months now and no issues!

Nick the comedian
After speaking to a sales rep by the name “Nick “ on the phone I couldn’t stop laughing. Unprofessional and straight rude, but he did make me laugh because of he did have the worst “ used car sales man pitch EVER.” So I figured I would look up reviews on the business just see the history of transactions with other costumers, to my surprise…… just as I suspected. This place is a joke

Terrible experience all around
I bought a truck here and made it 7 miles off the lot before the engine started stalling and truck became inoperable. Dash started reading Water In Fuel, which can be critical failure in a diesel. Had the truck towed back to the dealership and they were unable to fix the issue. They sent the truck to the local GMC mechanics, who eventually found and fixed a completely separate issue. No one from Mudarri reached out during the entire month my new truck was in the shop, I had to call them and ask for updates, which they never had. I spoke to that GMC dealership after the fact and no one from Mudarri ever even called them to ask about progress. They did not tell GMC that the truck had been purchased and gave them no sense of importance related to fixing the issue. Mind you, I'm paying insurance and the loan for this entire month when I can't even drive the truck I just purchased. Eventually I got the truck back and drove it 80 miles home. Next morning the dash reads Water In Fuel again, so not only did Mudarri not fix my original issue, they found a completely new problem which their techs could not solve and when they handed it off to real mechanics, they never even mentioned the issue I was having. Nick, my salesman, could not have acted more like I was wasting his time with my concerns over the largest single purchase of my life. At one point he told me a story about a vehicle he had purchased years ago with issues from a dealership and how he just went and fixed them out of his own pocket, as if to illustrate that I'm incorrect for expecting that spending $48k on a vehicle means it should work properly. The manager, Adam, responded to one of my emails and informed me that Mudarri's position is that they have done nothing wrong and I have no reason to have lost confidence in their dealership. He offered for their techs to look at the truck again, denying my request for reimbursement if I were to have the truck taken to a local mechanic that I trust. I asked if Mudarri would be covering the tow costs back to Kirkland, as the truck was inoperable after just a few miles the first time the WIF message appeared and I never received a response. This dealership does not care about you and does not know the definition of integrity. They care about your money and that's it. Once the contract is signed, you are a nuisance to be ignored. Please read the other 1 star reviews here and you'll find that my story is not the exception to the rule at Mudarri. I wish I had never done business here.

Watch your six with this dealer
I was looking at the Aston Martin , but after reading the reviews and looking at the service history ( last serviced 2015 and it's 2021 ) and high mileage and high priced. The reviews are warning enough for me .... and not taking the chance to buy an expensive over priced lemon.

Dishonest dealership
I never write reviews but this place is just terrible. I visited Mudarri because I was looking at a Mercedes C class coupe. After they brought out the car I quickly checked it out and after some inspection I noticed that the rear end/ trunk area had been repaired super poorly. The trunk wouldn't even close after I popped it. The Latch was all loose and the whole trunk looked like it was repaired by a xxxxxx. They were still asking $19,000 for it too when you could buy an immaculate one for $17,000. And when I confronted them about the car being rebuilt, they told me it still had a Clean title... after I told them I had no interest in the car one of the owners came out and asked if I would buy it if they fixed it for me.. They are buying crashed cars and poorly repairing them so they can stay a "clean title". Not sure if they are money laundering or just a dishonest dealership. 10/10 would NOT recommend buying a car from Mudarri Motorsports.
