I bought 2 cars last fall, one of witch needed a battery after I left the lot. They replaced the battery no questions asked.no problems sense. the only problem for me is its a long drive,but worth the extra time.Bender is the first place I will look for the next car.

Even with a lot of research, purchasing a car is a crapshoot, at best you can only mitigate large mistakes. If you want to buy from a trustworthy source I’d recommend Bender. The car I bought had a clean title, a good carfax report, and my trusted auto mechanic friend inspected it and said it was a worthwhile purchase. Even after all that, a week after I purchased the my 2007 Saturn Ion the check engine light came on. I went back to Bender and asked if they could help out. The fix was not the easiest, that is it had layers to it, but from start to finish they were helpful and accommodating. They figured out what was wrong and made the fix at no cost to me. These are honest and fair dealers, and I’d come back here again.

I recently purchased a car from and got no more than a few miles down the road and had a problem. They had me bring it back and fixed it; free of charge! Most dealers would take you to “the cleaners” just because you drove it off the lot and it’s not their problem. Chad and Josh were excellent at helping me get the car I wanted for the price I was looking for! These guys care about the customer and the experience. I will gladly do business with them again! Had a great experience purchasing my summer fun convertible from Chad. Was a great purchase experience and easy to purchase the vehicle. Just make sure to get your hold deposit back if you put one on a car. I test drove and got a purchase contract with Chad, put a $50 hold deposit, next day came back with a check for the car and dealt with Josh as Chad was not in, and didn't get the hold deposit back. Other than that was awesome and the few nice days I've drove the car I love it.
