Bo and the team at Cars 4 U were great to work with. I am from out of state, and they went above and beyond to try and get me the price/car I needed. Even though it didn't work out they were professional and very courteous.

After having a car accident in March where my car was totaled I found Cars 4 U on CarGurus. I was nervous because I had never bought a car pretty much online before. Mark was very nice and he guided me through it and kept in constant communication. I am now the owner of a Nissan Armada and I absolutely love my vehicle. Big shout out to Mark and Cars 4 U!!!!

One Star is too much in rating this dealership. DO NOT buy from this dealership. I was sold a car on Jan. 16, 2025 by finding it through the CarFax website. I looked for 2 months to find the right car that I could afford. Sydney sold me my car on Jan. 16, 2025. They delivered it to me on the 22nd of Jan. Once I received the car, it had a chip in the wind shield. Then I discover that the navigation does not work; that I have to up date it at a tune of $500. I discover that I have a used engine in my car and not the original. I was told the car had no accidents and only 2 owners. I was never told that it had a used engine in the car. It was not disclosed to me. This car is not safe to drive, Then I find out that there is a major oil leak and I am having transmission problems. I also need brake pads and new tires, All in all I might as well burn the car because it is going to cost me a bloody fortune to get it fixed and the mechanics can't guarantee that I won't have more problems. After almost 2 months of reaching out to the Manager, Brent Strange at the dealership and ask to take my car back and give me my money back; they are refusing to talk to me. I had an attorney send them a letter as well to no avail. They are ruthless and uncaring in dealing with their customers. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE AT ALL!!!!!!

I have to admit, I’m not sure how this place has so many
I have to admit, I’m not sure how this place has so many five star reviews. First there was address confusion as there are apparently three different locations along the same street. I test drove the vehicle and they looked at my trade-in and the first visit. All seemed fine, but since it was a weekend, they were looking for lenders and I said I would come back Monday if everything was squared away. I called Monday afternoon and asked if I was approved, the answer was yes. I also asked if the car was ready and paperwork was ready to go as I would be there in an hour to complete the purchase. I arrived and the vehicle was not ready, I was asked to provide a review within five minutes of being there (which I never do) and none of the paperwork was started. My so-called “offer” and terms was some scribbles with a green marker on a blank sheet of paper and I was asked to sign it. I asked for the actual purchase price of the vehicle, and I was told that only finance could answer that question.The vehicle I was trying to purchase apparently needed gas and was gone for well over half an hour. I was then asked for paperwork that I was not told I needed to bring. I don’t purchase a lot of vehicles and I’ve had very few car loans ever so this is not something I am in the habit of doing. The manager reached out to me to see how my purchase was going, and I told him of the problems I was having. We had a phone conversation two days later, and he apologized for the poor communication and poor presentation and the car/paperwork not being ready. I was having difficulty getting some of the paperwork together, and the manager was going to ask the bank about a different form of documentation. He stated he would be the only person communicating with me from here on out, and he would get back to me. Well, surprise, surprise, I never heard from him, which didn’t shock me. I called the next morning and found out the manager just so happens not to work on that day, supposedly. After I got off the phone with another salesman at that location, I did a quick search and noticed that the vehicle I was trying to purchase has apparently been sold. It would’ve been nice to have just known that the vehicle was no longer available, instead of everybody, acting like everything is kosher and set to still go through with the purchase. not a single one of them had a spine to just pick up the phone and just say the vehicle was no longer available and not to worry about the paperwork that I needed to provide. In fact, even at this moment, I still have not heard back from that so-called “manager”. I would never ever go to this dealership again nor would I ever recommend them. Communication is abysmal as well as any organization. You are definitely just a number at this place and customers are not valued. The audacity of having a “manager” Repeatedly tell you over the phone that he really wants to earn your business just to turn around and sell the vehicle that you were trying to buy… And just not giving you a heads up that the vehicle is no longer available. I completely understand. I did see another one that was acceptable to me and it was 1198.00 lower than the one I looked at. A over night letter with a check for the overpayment arrived the next morning! Over all a positive transaction.
