Worked with Kyle. Good salesperson and solid communication. I got a REALLY good deal on a demo model ID4 electric car. Hadn’t even planned on making a decision that day but they made the numbers work and the car was exactly what I needed. Service dept is the best in the city (but so far…) so I’m happy they’ll take care of issues if they arise. Used to have my Passat serviced here.

Terrific experience overall.

Terrific experience overall. Sales person was very helpful and easy going. He never made me feel like I was wasting his time on a used off-brand vehicle worth much less than most other vehicles on the lot. The Shawn from financing was great to find me a good financing . Five Star !!

I saw a used vehicle advertised at Andy Mohr Volkswagen.

I saw a used vehicle advertised at Andy Mohr Volkswagen. This dealership is two hours away, so I called Saturday morning to make sure they still had the vehicle before I attempted to make the drive. Dan assured me they still had the vehicle, and so we made an appointment to go see it. When I arrived, they told me they no longer had the vehicle, it was sold Friday night (the night before I called). They did apologize for what seemed to be a system error. Obviously, I was very disappointed, driving myself, my wife, and three kids to look at a vehicle that I was told was there but had already been sold. As I was leaving, Dan asked if he could provide me a gas card for my trouble. I thought this was a nice gesture given their mistake. Sadly, he came back and said, "Can I mail it to you?" This was adding insult to injury at this point. As I rolled up my window, I said to my wife and kids, "Don't hold your breath that we will ever see that gas card." I waited a few weeks to see if Dan and Andy Mohr Volkswagen would redeem themselves. Surprise, surprise, no gas card ever arrived. I would avoid this dealership if I were you.

Everything went well,after we decided to make this purchase we were told only one Key Fob came with the car. Now we will be out an additional $500. Not very good service. They could make one cheaper than that.

I already knew I wanted a GTI and I had found won that

I already knew I wanted a GTI and I had found won that fit the bill on the Andy Mohr website. Friends had told me Tyler is the best salesmen they have ever worked with so I requested him. He was so honest and accommodating (unlike sales people I've encountered over the years). I told Tyler I only had an hour to make a deal on the car I spotted on their website and we were able to come to an agreement in less than that time. I was prepared to walk if we couldn't come to an agreement, but I was thrilled we did. I had bought a GTI from another dealer (I bought it in another city back when I worked far from Avon) but had it serviced at Andy Mohr when I started a job nearby. I also give top marks to their service department.

Andy Mohr Volkswagen in Avon, specifically, Nick G. And Anthony E. made my wife and I feel respected and valued in a very difficult situation. I have never felt more grateful for how they went about and beyond when they didn’t need to. Looking back from the time we walked into the dealership we truly felt like family. They answered all of our questions and concerns with complete transparency. I can honestly say they have earned a customer for life.
