10 Stars hands down

Manny was such a great help when I was buying my sons first car…and his great personality made such a stressful time a fun moment!! He made sure my son and I were well taken care of and we are so grateful for having such a great experience!

False Advertising + Bait-and-Switch. Avoid them.

First of all, I'd like to warn anyone reading that this dealership falsely advertises. The pictures they provide and the claims they make have no verification tied to them whatsoever. Diego was a very kind and helpful salesman. He provided me with copies and photos of almost anything I asked for, and was almost always available to reach by phone or to call me on a set schedule. Unfortunately, at this dealership the salesmen are only responsible for customer support. Bass is who you really end up having to deal with at signing, and he is the most ineffective salesman and negotiator I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Here's why. 1. I applied online for financing on a car priced at $9,999. Now apparently they price on "market price," so naturally my interest in this car meant the price had to go up to $10,999, due to me increasing demand. This was after I was already approved for financing. 2. After some concern, I spoke with an employee who assured me that since I was approved at $9,999, that price would stand for me for 48 hours. I made a deposit on the car and was sent a receipt after paying that the deposit was on a car costing $10,999 and that the deposit was non-refundable, neither of which were conveyed to me prior. 3. At the dealership 3 days later, I insisted to Bass that I pay a sticker price of $9,999 and get the papers signed. He responded that the car does not have a sticker on it, it has a paper taped inside the windshield. 4. The reason I insisted on paying said price was because the car did not have the level 2 charger they pictured and it did not have new tires as they claimed, but rather tired mounted 5 years ago with significant tread wear. He insisted that since one tire was a different brand, that they were new front tires. All of them were 6 years old and worn, the CarFax report reflects this, and one singular tire is not tires, Bass. 5. When I inquired as to why a level 2 charger was pictured but did not come with the car, he said the picture was taken down so it didn't come with the car. The picture had not been taken down from their listing, but what they did do was take down the entire listing on the day I had scheduled to come in and purchase the car. They then showed me their backend uploading tool, with the picture helpfully removed. When I stated that this was irrelevant, as it was in their listing as recently as the day before, Bass said that it didn't matter because the picture was gone now. 6. When I asked him to verify if a part was new or not, he said it is new; it's the original one that came with the car. I asked him how it could have come with the car and still be new. He said it is new. I asked him how it was the original part, then. He said it is original. This exchange went on for 1 full minute and 45 seconds before he changed the subject. 7. When I pointed out that it's taken him 4 months and 21 price changes to get even close to selling this car, he became noticeably angry. I walked away. In conclusion, there's really nothing making it worth going to this dealership unless you have a thing for hard credit checks and cars of a questionable recent background.

Left empty but happy

Went looking for a specific vehicle that they had. Was told before I even saw it what was wrong with it. Wasn't expecting that from a used car salesman. I didn't buy the car but will not hesitate to use them in the future

Great communication and service

Even though their inventory went quickly the service to try to get the vehicle I wanted was excellent. Didn’t have any trouble not getting in contact with someone
