I have bought many cars over many years from Tony Garbo, the Sales Manager at Gordie Boucher Thiensville. It doesn't matter where in the country I live, if I want to buy a Ford or Lincoln, I will call Tony (and I have) and come to Wisconsin to get the vehicle. Tony has always dealt with me with a great deal of honesty and integrity, which is not always easy to find in this industry.

The dealership. Is clean and comfortable. Emily greeted me in the parking lot with a smile and although it was extremely hot outside, she spent the next half hour answering our questions. She retrieved the keys for the vehicle we were looking at and for another ten minutes we sat in the air conditioning. She didn’t pressure us into a decision and after we left, the impression she had mad almost convinced me that I would be buying that vehicle.

Quick and polite.
Quick and polite...but when I make a reservation via the Web it makes me a new customer instead of a returning customer. Also sometimes they have text updates and videos when the car is being worked on, and then other times there is nothing. Inconsistent from a customer facing perspective.
